I need a DC adaptor where do i find one

Depends on where you live. Look at the back of your drive or on the old adaptor for the requirements (5v/1a or 12v/.... or something else) or take these parts to the next electronics shop or computer repair shop. A new one should only cost a few bucks.

Windows won't recgonize my enclosure

My Setup:Bytecc Model ME-535 hard drive enclosure with Seagate 80GB SATA drive (ST380815AS) hard drive. My Problem: I plugged in but didn't see anything in My Computer. My Solution:After Windows finds your device -> Start -> Run -> compmgmt.msc -> OK -> click on Disk Management -> a pop up will ask if you want to initialize the disk, select MBR -> OK -> your disk should show up as unallocated -> right click on that disk -> New Simple Volume -> Next -> next -> Assign drive letter: E -> Next -> Format this volume NTFS with quick format -> Next -> Finish -> It takes a minute or two to finish formatting -> Now shows up in disk management as "Disk1: New Volume (E:) -> My Computer -> see E drive now and it is working!

Drive won't boot

Thry this: turn your computer OFF. Gently unplug and replace the data cable connection to the computer several times. Do the same to the drive end of the cable. Leave one end unplugged. Turn on the computer and when the Mac os is set up and waiting for you, plug the drive in and see if the computer recognizes and reads the drive. The problem is usually corrosion on the contacts that prevent proper contact.

Software for 500GB

I don't think BYTECC sells complete external hard drives. But they do sell the enclosures. People buy the enclosures and install a hard drive in them and, now you have a working external hard drive. I have don't this before, but I have never used BYTECC before. You can download the drivers for there enclosures at there website:

http://www.byteccusa.com/

They have several different versions, Just pick the correct one, hopefully the enclosure has some markings or a sticker identifying the model.

Sleep i think

SOunds like a possible over heat inside the case or the power supply is not stable. Try running it with the case partially open and seeing if there is any variation on  the board.

How to open case of the BYTECC ME-350V4

To open the case of the BYTECC ME-350V4, you will need to remove the screws on the back of the case. Once the screws are removed, you can carefully lift the top of the case off to access the internal components.
