I've used used a compressor for that drain hole at the back of the fridge. A hanger wire will work too. I've never tried it but maybe a can of compressed air might work also.
The water drain line is plugged and that little catch tray is overflowing. That's why you're ending up with water under your bins inside the fridge. The problem is not in the freezer or else you'd have a skating rink on the floor of the freezer.
I don't recognize the photos exactly but they're all the same principle. Take everything out of the fridge , including the racks. It's far easier than o find the screws and disassemble the drain "catchall".

If you cannot find this, the we'll have to move onto using any construction instructions within the manual of your kenmore device. Hi, please double check that your freezer door is closing properly. You can also pull the fridge out and check whether the water is coming from the back of the of the fridge. If not, then that means there's a leak under the fridge and if that's the case you'll need to schedule a diagnostic on the fridge. Yes plastic does turn colour over the years. I can also be caused by iron in the water. If the water is clear and tastes okay, don't worry about it.

Get a ruler and measure the height, width and depth. Multiply them all together and that is the size, in Cu feet or whatever measurement you took.

Hey, thanks for contacting us. If water is building up in the freezer's bottom, you may need to check for its drain tube. Drain Tube might be clogged or frozen. you may need to defrost it and remove any Ice clogged in the tube.

I presume that the party from whom you purchased the house did not leave the original sales bill or warranty card for the refrigerator. Such items typically have the model number. Bearing you are without that documentation, you have to know where to look on the refrigerator for the model number. There are two labels on the refrigerator that have the model number. The first one is situated at the lower left of the refrigerator's exterior. Look at the frontal part to find this label. The other label is attached inside the refrigerator. Simply open the refrigerator to find the model number. The number is located near the top shelf. Check on the sidewall of the top shelf. You will likely find the model number there! I realize you have found a number but that one is a dead end for me. The number you are looking for should have 3 digits followed by a period and that period is followed by more numbers. Kenmore support should be of greater assistance than I can be without knowing the model. I would hate to try to figure out the model by measuring its capacity and looking for models with such that were over six years old. With board issues, I would always advise calling out a technician so you get the correct diagnosis and warranty on the part and the work done. They aren't cheap. If the unit is old, a new one is the best plan. You may find the board is not available. ..

should be a shut off valve under sink. It is on the right side this is the cold water feed. There should be 2 valves one to sink faucet and one to refrigerator.
