Charger keeps flashing red and

Hi,
Look at the connector end that plugs into the bike. You might have to take it apart to see the wires inside. My son has a Razor Vespa type scooter and the solder job for the wires inside the connector were not the best. It might be a broken wire, especially if it's flashing between red and green.

Hope this Helps!

Razor MX500 not working...clueless Mom trying to

Either the cheap lead acid batteries are near dead (mostly due to improper maintainance (lead batteries are way too much trouble and lithium should be considered!) There could be a loose or corroded connection - check on all your wiring, especially the ones to the motor. Also where it goes into the motor is fragile and people bump that area and it rips the wire, there is a steel spring that surroiunds the wire/s and this sometimes shorts out because of the damaged cause from laying the bike on it's side. check these wires over and tug on the connector wires to find the weak connection. Also verify that your charger turns red indicating it is charging when attempting to charge the bike, if it stays green chances are a dead battery or BMS controller inside battery (Lithium only!)\ Most repairs are very simple if you take the time to check out the connectors and wiring, especially if you use it in bad weather, things get corroded from being wet and power shorts out then corrodes the wires and connectors. Good to insulate them for the rain etc... Think Im on the right track here, and i have many ebike because people dont know how to fix simple issues with a tester.

The bike only goes like 2 miles an hour how can I fix this

this is a little complicated. 1-check fuel line and filter make sure you have a good gas flow. 2-check you'r hose's for leaks 3- OPTIONAL -check you'r engine for compression.you can buy a pressure gauge at auto zone buy the one that screws into the piston hole it makes it easy for you. REMINDER!! IF CHECKING THE FUEL LINE AND IF IT RUNS BETTER OR BY CHECKING THE HOSE'S AND IF IT RUNS BETTER (THEN YOU WON'T HAVE TO CHECK ENGINE CHECKUP THIS OPTIONAL.) SAFETY FIRST GOOD LUCK. My razor mx 500 motor won't turn.

I think you are talking about an electric motor on your bike . If the motor is New you may have a bad throttle switch . You can use an ohm meter to check the throttle switch . Connect the two leads of the ohm meter to the wires of the throttle switch ( dissconected) . As you turn the throttle the ohm reading should coraspond to how much you turn it .

It will not run it just click

Most likely, the last 2 answers are correct. When you charge the battery, does the light on the charger stay red for several hours before turning green? Check the voltage of the 3 batteries after the charger light turns green. It should be 39-40 volts or so no load. Turn the throttle and see if the voltage drops when the relay clicks. You can connect the batteries directly to the motor and it should go full speed if they are good.

The bike runs constant even when the throttle in not engaged, does the throttle need to be replaced?

The cable may need to be adjusted, or the carburetor needs to be adjusted.

What is wrong when full power on throttle but only clicks

Check the battery voltage right after the charger shuts off. Should be around 13 volts on each one. Short the power switch contacts and if that helps replace it. Check that the motor and wheel turn freely and dont make noise. Check all the contoller connectors. Sometimes they melt and the connection isnt good. You can always connect the batteries directly to the motor and if it goes full speed then you need what razor calls an electrical kit which has a throttle and controller.

I Replaced the charger port on my Razor Mx500 Dirt Rocket and it ran fine and then just stop. The charger still indicates the batteries are charge but no power. Also I went to check the fuses and manu

Well if it's missing fuses obviously it won't run. When you turn it on does the green light on the throttle come on? if you have a voltmeter that would help. Are you sure the charger is good? if so you want to see 39 volts or so across all 3 batteries. Sometimes the switch contacts develop excessive resistance try shorting them with your screwdriver... if it runs you need a switch. can you hear the controller click when you turn the throttle?

Chain will not stay on

Jessica: First, check the chain and sprockets. Check the two chain sprockets for worn or bent teeth. If either of the sprockets is damaged, replace them. If the sprockets are OK, Check the chain for any damage If the chain is damaged, replace it. You are checking the chain for kinks, stiff links, damage to the link side connectors, and checking that the chain is not bent (side to side) Check to see If the chain is loose. If it is, you'll need to loosen the rear axle nuts and pull the rear tire backwards to tighten the chain, then tighten the rear axle nuts. *Make sure that the rear sprocket lines up with the front sprocket*. Just lay a straight edge along the two sprockets, ( A yardstick will do), and make sure that the sprockets touch the yardstick along the whole length of the sprockets. If the rear sprocket is cocked (not lined up with the front sprocket) loosen the axle nuts again and push on one side of the rear tire or the other side until the sprockets line up. When you are finished tightening the rear axle nuts, pull up on the chain between the sprockets... the chain should not move up or down more than 1/8 of an inch. The chain will stretch over time, and you need to check the chain for looseness before riding. Happy and safe riding!

There seems to be a loud clicking noise coming

Does the clicking rate vary with wheel speed? Check the chain tensioner and the freewheel. If your freewheel only has 4 notches in it for the removal tool, it's an older one. They can get noisy before they go bad. If it has 8 notches it's a newer one, they beefed it up. Take the chain off the motor sprocket and turn the shaft. If it makes noise and wont turn smoothly, your motors bad. Check the chain for stiff links, and look for any broken plastic parts or loose bolts or screws. Check the nut on the shock and tighten that if it's loose.

It makes clicking noise when you use the throttle

Thats the controller relay clicking....if it won't move disconnect the brake switch connectors from the controller and try again. Make sure the batteries are fully charged and in good condition. There should be at least 12.6v or more on each of them with no load. The green light on the throttle should be on when you turn the switch on. If it goes to yellow and/or red when you give it throttle, your batteries are probably weak. Then connect the battery wires directly to the motor and see if it works. If the motor operates and it wont go you need a freewheel. If none of this helps try shorting the power switch wires with your screwdriver or a piece of wire. Sometimes the contacts have too much resistance.
