mine did the same thing.. unhook the plugs that are under the seat running from the handles and touch a screwdriver to two of the prongs on either side of the plug and it will engage the button for you on which ever side you do it.. the up or down side

If this is the same Stamina R360 as I have, you just hold down the orange oval button (labeled: MODE) until you hear a beep. This resets the readings.

If your mechanically incline, Pull out old wheel bearing, if still in half way good condition, take to bike/auto shop see if they can find suitable replacement or rebuild the bearing it self. make sure when putting back in to use very good grease. I have same problem, since I can't find parts, those would be the best possible solutions.

There is no way to make a wind trainer harder as it uses fan blades and air for resistance. You could try shifting to a harder gear on the bicycle. If it still isn't hard enough, you will have to go to an adjustable mag resistance or fluid trainer.
