Huffy 26in Mens Sante Fe Cruiser Bike - Red Questions & Answers
Just recieved a new 26 inch men's panama jack
Report the fault to the supplier and send the saddle back for an exchange replacement or swallow the cost and replace it yourself.
Without knowing the make and model of the saddle it's impossible to state whether it can just be re-covered, but with most modern saddles it's impossible. Without knowing the size and location of the rip, and the material it's made from it's also impossible to suggest a repair technique, but if it's directly on the part of the saddle which has the greatest wear then repair is not a practical option as it will not last.
How do I adjust the front brakes on my bike?
there are two wayes of doing this up twards the handle you will see a thumb screw on a threded shaft turn it counter clockwise thats the fine tuning if thats not enough turn it clock wise so the cable gets slack next follow the cable down to the calapers you will see the stranded cable go through a nut and bolt now what you do is loosen that nut pinch the calapers close to th rim at the same time pull the stranded cable through the slotted bolt once you have done that tighten that nut nice and tight if you feel you the brakes are to tight go back the fine tuning knob bach by your lever and loosen it for your comfort ps just look at the mechanics by pulling the handel following the cable im sure you can figure it out dont tighting it so hard that you end up going faster than your bike good luck
Rear wheel comes loose?
I don't know - does it, indeed? If the brake arm isn't fastened to the frame, the hub will twist when you step on the brake, and that will loosen the chain side axle nut. ( The brake arm sprouts from the rear hub on the other side from the chain and cog.) If that's not the fix, sometimes the shiny new nuts on the axle don't get a good grip on the shiny new paint around the axle slots (dropouts, they're called). A toothed washer or knurled face axle nut can help.
Removed brake assembly from the hub, not sure
Coaster brake? i do not think i could walk you through that; you need images. Parktool.com has a very helpful repair help section (find the link at the top-right of the home page) that is replete with repair, maintenance and adjustment information. It is loaded with images, too, to make it easier if the instructions are not as clear as you would like (but they are very easily understood, generally). Just select the area of the bike you are having trouble with and a list of topics will be brought up. Browse around and find all the information they have for your benefit.
i hope this helps

I hav a problem with my huffy dual suspension
i am not sure if your problem is with the shifters or the drailleurs, or just the cable tension. Start by shifting the front into the low gear and the rear into the high gear, then release the cables at the derailleur. Pull them both tight and retighten. If this doe snot work, go to parktool.com/repair/ and check out their step-by-step information on bike maintenance by clicking on the part of the bike you are having trouble with.
Hope this helps,
matt
The rear wheel hub assembly on my bike fell out
There is a book put out by Park Tool that has a great wealth of maintenance and repair technique and information. i believe the information is also available on their website and if you visit it, the link you will want to follow is at the top right hand of the page "Repair Help". Roll your cursor over the hub of the part of the bike you need diagrams for (if you want hub info, it is the front hub you have to click because the rear deals with freehub repair).
Hope this helps,
matt
How to put a chain on?
Your question is not entirely clear. If you are trying to replace your existing chain with a new one, then you will need a special tool (chain breaker) to remove it.
Here is a link to a video on how to do it.
You may also want to consider getting a
quick release chain link for the future to make the job easier.
If you done have access to a chain breaker, then I suggest you take the bike to a bike store. Replacing a chain is cheap and can be done fast.
Raising the handlebar how do you do it?
PUT THE FRONT WHEEL BETWEEN YOUR KNEES AND TWIST HANDLE BARS FROM SIDE TO SIDE THEN SIDE TO SIDE AND UP AT SAME TIME THIS PART OF THE BIKE CAN BECOME RUSTED AND STICKY INSIDE TRY SOME WD40 OR ANY SORT OF OIL TO TRY AND GET IT MOVING AND BE SURE TO RE TIGHTEN NUT BEFORE USE HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL GLENN......

Model and year of huffy bike serial # 4H114288
Not possible to ID by serial number, and even if it was it's not important. Huffy's are not valuable and parts are not specific to a particular brand, let alone year or model of bike. The model name is printed on the bike's frame. If not there bike has been cheaply repainted, possibly because it's stolen.
Needto lubricate rear wheel bearings on a huffy single speed bike
as most bikes do not have seals on the wheel axles , it is possible to lay the bike on the side , use machine oil on the hub and axle area and spin the wheel while allowing drops of oil onto the axle bearing hub area
or you can take the hub apart and fill with a very light grease
