Go to the settings icon - then go down till you see iCloud and iTunes and Appstore. You need to go to both and sign out of them. You might need to enter the password of the former itunes holder. If you cant get with that you can reset it with the iTunes

Sounds like something is seriously wrong with either the display or the drivers that drive iPad displays. There are many reasons that could account for this. Is this a new device or a used one? I would think your best bet is to take it in for repair. These are precision instruments, and everything is very tightly packed inside these devices. If you worked on this yourself amazing. I wouldn't do this, but it sounds like you did something seriously wrong. I don't really have any suggestions for you that you, because I have no idea what you did. When the iPad was set, there was an Apple iTunes account connected to the iPad. Apple would not have activated the device. Is it really gone? From the home screen, swipe down from middle of the screen to show iPad search. Type "App Store" in the search box. Scroll down to Applications section. Is App Store there? If so, it's on your iPad - perhaps dragged into a group somewhere. If not, plug your iPad into the desktop Mac or PC you're using to sync. Select the iPad in the left column and click the Apps header. Scroll the list until you find the App Store app. The button should say "Install". If so, click it, then sync your iPad.

In your settimgs go to back up/restore. There should be the option to factory reset your device. Click it, after confirming you want to reset, your device will reset back to its original settings.
