Jura Capresso Impressa F9 Espresso Machine - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
I have a Jura Impressa
This is the 2nd time in a month since I've had this machine that I had to call support for the same problem. An easy fix! I was instructed to remove the whole 'drawer assembly' and remove the grounds bucket. Insert the assembly without the bucket. Wait a minute, take it out again and replace the bucket. Then you're ready to go. Hope this helps.

How do you remove the spout on an Impressa E8
How to remove the spout on the E8 for cleaning: GENTLY GENTLY GENTLYThere are two parts: You will see the top part is fixed - it does not move. Remove it first, placing fingers behind the top of the piece, and gently it toward you. It will pop loose toward you - but not off. To remove completely, simple move the top half straight up, and it will release completely. The bottom part of the spout is trickier, but equally easy once you know how it is fastened. Exam the bottom half. See how it is fastened by sliding on rails. Facing this piece, gently push leftward on the right side of the spout. The spout is flexible, and it will bow outward enough that the right side will come off its rail, enabling you to gently pull that side out. The left side will then come off as well. Now you can clean out all the nasty.Reverse these steps to put it back together.

Unusual one that one. Have you ever used grind crystals to clean out the coffee grinders? It will get rid of the coffee oils and gunge.I'm not trying to sell you any but attach the link so you get what I mean

Missing tray error
Insert the tray-all of it except the grounds container. The message disappears and you can wait until the machine continues it's cycle and then asks to empty the tray. Empty the tray and place the grounds container back inside. Whew, I've done this a few times over the years when I am rushing but it fixes it every time.

Whenever I press the button for it to brew it does
Hi. Sounds like the brew unit is blocked. Is it bi-passing the water into the waste tray. If so then you,ll have to repace the seals in the bi-pass valve positioned in the bottom of the brew unit. May also be a blocked thermoblock which has to be removed to be unblocked. The water inlet side of the thermoblock is where the blockage will be and can be drilled out using a 3mm drill bit. When reasembled give it a good descale or give it a descale first if it will. dazza
