i dont think you can get another number to show up unless you get another sim card but u can put your number on private this is done through the phones call setting under block my number or hide my number along those lines

i think the "power" on botton won't be working

just format it 1)by connecting it to pc and then delete all you want 2)watch a youtube video that tells you how to format a asd card

You're going to have to do a hard reset...THIS WILL ERASE EVERYTHING ON THE PHONE (not the sd card)Make sure the phone is off, hold the power button, volume down and the back button (third button from the left on the bottom) AT THE SAME TIME, hold and wait, once your in the back menu use the volume button to scroll down to factory reset use the power button to select, use the power button again to scroll down to yes, and power button to select, just wait, with will shut down and turn itself back on, takes about 5 minutes to restore function. (I worked for Cricket for a long time and I know the phone well)

Your going to have to move whatever apps you can to the SD card and set your phone to have all apps download to the SD Card, also delete any old text messages, clear call logs, move any pics you dont need on your phone to your computer (if you can) and go into all of your apps (especially Facebook) and clear the data....apps collect data as they run and save it to your phone using memory, It makes the app run faster but eats memory...you should be able to clear enough memory to view the media.. (I worked for cricket for a long time and I know the phone well)

The FTOA update is an Firmware update once its updated there is nothing that can be done to remove it, the only thing I can recommend is to go into mange apps and force stop Cricket Connect, the new app that got downloaded with the update...(I worked for Cricket for a long time and I currently run an x501 as well)
