Haier XQG50-11 Front Load Washer / Dryer Questions & Answers
Water will not drain
probably a blocked pump. unplug and move washer out from wall. remove back panel to expose workings. pump is down the bottom, and you should be able to disconnect any water pipes and check inside pipes / pump for foreign objects.

Once you remove the rear access panel, you would see the main pulley on the rear of the outer tub. You need to remove that nut with a metric allen wrench. once the pulley is off, you can then remove the bolts holding the yoke in place. The Yoke and the bearings are available as a part assembly from haier. It is highly unlikely that you would need to replace the outer tub.

I had this same problem. There are two possible solutions. First, you need to look underneath (use 2 people) and see if any hoses are kinked. If that is not the case then the machine is pulling in too much water during the dry cycle. I'm hooked up to a sink so I just turn the faucet down until the water is just a trickle. This works for me. If yours is attached to the wall you need to turn down the cold water tap. Its a pain in the ****, but I discovered no one can fix this machine, not even Haier's recommended service A&E. I always know more than the repairmen, very sad. Hope this helped you.
