Sounds like the compressor has bit the dust. Good luck with the Haier.

If its a neon lamp then the flashing might be normal

could be overload, and relay , but more chance the compressor is drawing excess amps and needs replacing

you search on net.

You can try resetting it by unplugging it for 10 minutes.

The Ed error code is referring to the defrost heating system.
