Very loud "squealing" noise from fan blower for
Hello, if you cannot turn the fan by hand then the motor is shot. However, when power is applied to the motor and it starts after you give it a push then its the capacitor. Whenever you replace a motor tje capacitor must be replaced aswell because the microfarad rating of tne capacitor may have changed.

My Goodman a/c unit will not turn on ..
You have a short circuit in the outside system. Either a bad compressor, bad fan motor or possibly a bad capacitor. Visually examine the capacitor. If it is bulged out anywhere, replace it. Check for burned wires on the capacitor and all other connections.
Remove the compressors wires from the circuit and restart the unit. If the fan runs the problem is in the compressor. If the fan does not run,the problem is with the fan motor.

My central air unit comes on but it's not cool and
to me it sounds like filter are dirty, need to be cleaned or replaced,
home systems, packaged or otherwise are hermetically sealed and should
not need freon recharge. Always start with airflow and/or unit being set
too low. An AC unit of any type will build ice if a) the filter is
plugged up and can't move enough air, b) it has been run without the
filter, clogging the coil, again, not moving enough air, c) setting an
AC unit below 68 degrees F will almost ALWAYS cause icing, and d)
running a standard AC when it's warm inside and cold outside (unless
equipped for "low-ambient operation"). When in doubt, a bit of
maintenance(thorough cleaning) by someone with AC skills can cure a b,
common sense will cure c d.

Puron leak
not all electronic leak detectors pick up r410a-puron. Evaporator coils are notorious for leaking puron. your coil should be under warranty.
