copiers do not normally have hard drives. they receive the instructions to print from the computer when you press print the item to be printed goes into a random memory of the copier and when the instruction is completed , it is lost however , what you printed will still be on the hard drive of the pc under the programs box that you get when you click on the start button , there is a small search box type in there what you want and enter and the computer will search all files and folders that have been saved open up what you are looking for

Call brothers ask for tech support or try you tube and see if they have a video on how too on how it works

Try a Nozzel check to see what colours are missing. I would assume that Black, Cyan and Yellow are missing since you are only printing pink. Then do a Printhead Clean to clear the other nozzels.

Simple answer. You can't, doing so will cause the printhead to fail electronically wich will destroy the machine. If you only ever print Black and White get yourself a Mono-Laser machine.

Scan the document to the computer then piece the two pages together on a page using whatever editing software you use. then print it again. I don't think there is any way to duplex copy something like a passport since it requires it being placed on the scanner and scanned in two copies.

Connect the printer to a computer using the USB cable and reconfigure the network information on the printer to rectify the inability to connect you yor router.

The machine cannot cool effectively. Make sure that the Vents on the machine have plenty of clearence and are not full of dust.

Not sure if this Brothers is the same but normally open front were you install drum and toner, machine on depress, menu button or clear button, display will show 1 or 2 to tell you to reset drum count.. hope this works
