TRY THIS
Canon iP4500 waste ink reset:


1) With the machine power turned off, while pressing the Resume/Cancel button, press and hold the ON/OFF button. (DO NOT release the buttons). The Power LED lights in green to indicate that a function is selectable.
2) While holding the ON/OFF button, release the Resume/Cancel button. (DO NOT release the ON/OFF button.)
3) While holding the ON/OFF button, press the Resume/Cancel button 2 times, and then release both the ON/OFF and Resume/Cancel buttons.
4) When the Power LED lights in green press the Resume/Cancel button 4 times
then press the ON/OFF button.

IF THAT DOESN'T WORK TRY THIS

I believe you need software from Canon to reset the ink pad full error code for that printer. Here is a link where you might be able to download it: The file name you are looking for is mypwin210aen.exe or mypwin210en.exe i don't know which version will work best for you. Error 5700 ip4680

This is because of

ASF sensor error An error occurred in the ASF cam sensor.Problems and Solutions:

Replace one of the following:- ASF unit- PE sensor board unit- Logic board

This is hardware error and you need to show it service center. Following things you have to do.

Replace one of the following:- ASF unit- PE sensor board unit- Logic board

I can't get my computer

1.change your usb cable it may be faulty
2.try different usb ports
3.try to upgrade your operating system,some older versions do not recognise some usb devices.

Hi I am running Windows Vista

Try updating drivers on device manager.
Plug in your printer - right click computer (on start menu) - click properties - on the next screen click device manager - on the next screen there should be a usb device with a yellow question mark - right click on the question mark - select update driver software - ensure the cdrom supplied by canon is in the cdrom drive.
The computer should scan the cdrom for the applicable drivers and automatically install them.

When using the 520 cartridge

you are either just about out of black ink in the 520 or the cart is not flowing properly for some reason. The "grey" print would be the mix of colour inks that these printers lay under the black to make the print "blacker".
If cleaning etc doesn't help, replace the black cartridge.

SERVICE ERROR CODE 6C10

Welcome to Fixya

You need to reset Printer Canon ink absorber. Error 6c10 is ink absorber problem. Here's the procedure below:

  1. Start with printer off
  2. Press and hold resume Button (triangle in the circle) and click "Power" button. Green led should be on
  3. While holding the Power button, release the Resume Button.
  4. Without releasing the Power Button, click "Resume" button for two times and release Both Buttons.
  5. Click "Resume" for four times then soon click "Power" button, to confirm the selected action (reset counter absorber).
  6. Turn off the printer and turn on again
