When i sand a test page the printer show an error 59.f0 what can i do

Pull the transfer unit out, and turn the white gear on the side. Not the one that turns the transfer belt--the one that causes the belt to push up against the toner cartridges. If the gear turns somewhat freely (it's not stuck), then reseat the transfer unit and see if the error goes away. More comprehensive troubleshooting guide is here: http://www.partsondemand.co.nz/uploads/97806/files/Feb_14_59.F0_error_Tech_Talk.pdf But if it passes all the "checks" and you still have the error, check this out: http://cincinnatiprinterrepair.com/hp-cp3525-59-f0

I have a HP Cp3525n printer replaced the rollers, transfer belt and fuser. We also installed all new toner cartridges. The printer will not print Yellow and but will register levels on status page.

It is possible that the seal or a significant portion of the seal is still in place on the yellow cartridge. It is also possible that the laser scanner window (transparent slot in the back wall or roof of the cartridge chamber) is covered or coated with toner.

HP CP3525 loud grinding noise

Sounds like you have a stripped gear somewhere. Probably somewhere in the paper drive assembly. Take it to your nearest printer repair shop, because tech support may not be much help with that.

Its displaying an error code 59.c0 how can i solve this?

Error 59,c0: The developer-disengagement motor experienced a rotational error. 1. Perform the Alienation Motor test in the Component Tests menu in the Troubleshooting menu. Verify that the cartridges are being correctly alienated. 2. Check the following connectors: J25 at the motor (M10), J261 and J251 on the high voltage power supply-D PCA, and connectors J138 and J106 on the DC controller PCA. 3. Perform the Manual Sensor Test and observe item G. The normal state is "0". Locate the in-line connector J70 in the cable that is connected to developinghome- position sensor (SR11). To find this connector, remove the left-side cover and look in the area below the support plate. Disconnect the in-line connector. The state of item G should change to "1". 4. If the motor is defective, replace motor M10. If the sensor is defective, replace the main-drive assembly

Error 49.23F9

. Press CANCEL JOB to clear the print job from the printer memory. 2. Turn the printer off, and then turn the printer on. You can try reprinting the job to see if it was a temporary error. 3. If error persists, try printing a job from a different software application. If the alternate job prints, go back to the first application and try printing a different file. (If the message only appears with a certain software application or certainprint job, try upgrading the printer driver and / or firmware.) 4. If the message persists with different software applications and print jobs, disconnect all cables to the printer that connect it to the network or printer. Turn the printer off and delete the print queue. Then reboot printer AND computer, reconnect cables, and try printing again. 6. Remove all EIO devices from the printer (JetDirect cards, hard drives, etc.). If 49 error goes away, turn printer off, re-install EIO devices one at a time, and reboot printer each time to determine which EIO device is failing. 7. If printing still fails with all EIO devices removed, remove all memory DIMMs or third-party DIMMs from the printer. (Do not remove the firmware DIMM-- printer won't function without this installed.) Turn the printer on with DIMMS missing. If the error no longer exists, install each DIMM one at a time, turn printer on, test printer. Replace a DIMM if you determine that it causes the error. 8. Remember to reconnect all cables that connect the printer to the network or computer. 9. If the error persists, replace the firmware DIMM. 10. If error persists, replace the formatter.
