how to install games in samsung star S5233
The previous one was good.....but instead you can use tk file explorer to update the contents in the game folder.
Just connect s5233 to PC. First time you should be prompted with a 'device installed and ready' message.
Execute TkFileExplorer_2.2.exe
Go to Settings - COM.
Scroll down Port window:
You should get just one COMxx option. Choose it and press OK.
Go to File - Connect. You should get the F480 File System Tree at TkFileExplorer bottom half side.
Go to /Exe/Java/Games
Create a New Folder for your game
At TkFileExplorer PC upper side select game JAD/JAR files and copy to s5233 created folder using drag&drop or right button menu Download option.
Repeat steps 9 & 10 for all games you want to install at a time.
Disconnect USB cable
Dial *#6984125*#
Go to Internals (Master Key: *#9072641*#)
Go to Storage Settings and select Update Java DB
In the previous one you needed gprs, in this one you do not...
And remember to download " .jad file " for you game/app (You can fine tons of free games/apps form GetJar )
If i was helpful, kindly do Rate!

Detailed Guide on installing Games and Apps for S5233/S5230
======================================…
(Note: Tried it myself many time. Works perfectly).
I am assuming you have the game you want to install with you. In this
example I downloaded Erix.jar game. And created jad file using JADMaker
(Google for JadMaker, to download it). Using JADMaker you need to
create ".jad" file. Now I have "Erix.jad" and "Erix.jar" files.
Connect the phone to PC and start "Samsung New PC Studio"
Open the File browser and go to "External Memory". Create a directory there (Name it anything you want your game name to be).
I will be creating a directory called "Erix". Then copy the Erix.jar
and Erix.jad files into that folder. Disconnect the phone from PC now.
Got to Menu -> Browse -> Enter URL
Type -> "http://m.GetJar.com"
Browse down and you will see "Quick Download". Click it. Then enter
quick download code as 51799 . Download and install it. Exit from
browse.
Go to Menu -> Applications -> Games and more -> LiteFTP
You will be in LiteFTP menu
Select Mmc (Memory card) and click OK. It will be at end.
You should be able to see the folders in memory card. Select Erix
folder (dont enter it) and press "123" button. Then press "1" (This
will copy the Erix folder). Select "Back". You should be back in "root"
directory.
In root directory you will see a folder with "dont enter" symbol named
"My PrivateMy PhotoMy Video .......". Select it and press OK to enter
it.
There will be nothing in the folder. Now paste the Erix folder. To do so press "3" to paste.
Exit the LiteFTP.
Open "Keypad" and type "*#6984125*#" (Without quotes)
This will automatically open "Admin setting"
Select "4 Internals" and enter "*#9072641*#" (without quotes). And confirm.
This will take you to "Internals" menu. Select "6 Storage settings".
Select "2 Update media database"
then select "3 Update Java DB"
then select "10 Create Ax Dat File"
Exit from all those menus.
Now go to Menu -> Applications -> "Games and more" You should be
able to see new icon "LiteFTP/files/Erix". Rename it if you want to.
Then start the game.
All Games and Software's installed in this way will be located in Menu -> Applications -> "Games and more"

how to install games from pc to mobile?
Samsung SGH-L700: Java via cable... this should work
How to install Java games on the Samsung L700 without any software or drivers
(I've done this on a pc with Windows XP and don't know how well it would go on any other OS)
In the phone Menu select
'Settings'
Then select
'Phone settings'
Then
'USB settings'
And choose
'Ask on connection'
Plug the Phone in to the PC with the USB cable
On the phone selct
'Media player'
On the PC wait until it detects the phone and select
'Open the device to view files'
Open the folder
'Phone'
You should see the folders: images, Other files, Sounds, Videos
Create a new folder and name it
'Games'
There is already a 'Games' folder. It is simply hidden. Creating a folder called 'Games' from 'windows explorer' in the Phone directory (as specified in the original post) and placing something within causes the phone to un-hide the folder. Once the 'Games' folder is unhidden, you no longer need windows to do the rest. The rest can be done from any operating system.
We now see the 'Games and more' folder twice from the 'My Files' menu. Once, as it always was seen with the game icon, and again with a generic text file icon.
If you wish, however, you can now do the transfer process. If you always have access to a windows machine anyway, you will do it like this anyway. Transfer a unique folder containing both jar and jad files to the 'Games' folder which you created.
Put any game you want to install in that 'Games' folder
Two things need to made sure of when copying over the games. Firstly make sure you have the *.jar and
*.jad files for each game, if you don't have the *.jad file, you can download a jad creator pretty easily, just type it in Google. Secondly each game has to be in it's own folder, if you just dump all the *.jar and *.jad files directly into the 'Games' folder only the first game installed will work (Poorly too).
Unplug the phone
Now on the phone dial the code:
*#6984125*#
Select 'Internals' (Number 4)
It will ask for a master key it is:
*#9072641*#
Select 'Storage settings' (Number 7)
Update Java DB (Number 2)
Now on the phone enter the code:
*#6984125*#
Select 'Internals' (Number 4)
It will ask for a master key it is:
*#9072641*#
Select 'Storage settings' (Number 7)
Update Java DB (Number 2)
Turn the phone off
Turn it back on
Now on the phone enter the code:
*#6984125*#
Select 'Internals' (Number 4)
It will ask for a master key it is:
*#9072641*#
Select 'Storage settings' (Number 7)
Update Java DB (Number 2)
The games should now be installed with no problems, I know it's bit repetitive but this has worked the best for me.
(Note: if you delete a game on your phone and then want to reinstall it later you will have to give that game a different folder name before you put it in the created Games folder. It won't allow that folder name again even though you've deleted it)
You will need to only do this once every time you add any number of games/applications to the phone (if your phone behaves like mine).
All these number-codes seem to work with my L700 and might offer some more possibilities fooling around with additional settings.
