The rinse and spin buttons

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
I would gently suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor/pump lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to rinse or spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside.
Here are my complete and generic guidance notes for checking both the drain motor filter and the drain motor ;-0)
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!). These panels are either held on by (plasic) screws or will just pull off. Most filters are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play.

REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT (alternatively use a wet vac as sensibly suggested by VinnyB1234!)
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. Using something suitable like a glove see if it is easy to briefly slow the motor down. If it is easy then the motor is malfunctioning.

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Fills up but doesn't start turning but starts

1 Unplug the washing machine, and turn off the water supply to the machine. If necessary, remove the water hoses from the back of the washing machine because they may be in the way of the access panel. 2 Check that the agitator is seated correctly by opening the lid of the washing machine. If it's loose, pop off the top of the agitator--if there is one--and tighten the bolt that holds the agitator in place. Or, in some models, simply pull straight up and then reseat the agitator. 3 Remove the access panel located in the back of the washing machine by unscrewing the screws holding it in place. This allows access to the drive motor. 4 Press on the drive belt that works the agitator. If the belt moves more than 3/4 inch, tighten the belt to fix the spinner problem. If the belt is worn or cracked, replace the belt. 5 Replace the drive motor, if tightening or replacing the drive belt doesn't fix the agitator. Purchase a new drive motor at a wholesale retailer. Disconnect wiring, remove screws holding motor in place and insert new motor. Screw into place, and connect wiring. 6 Check for any black substance leaking under the washing machine. This might indicate a clutch problem, if the washing machine spinner is not working. Contact a professional repairman to replace the clutch

Speed queen washer shown er65

The Speed Queen error code 65 occurs when the washer's main control board detects a problem with the door switch. The door switch is a safety feature that prevents the washer from operating when the door is open. When the main control board detects an issue with the door switch, it will display the error code 65. There are a few reasons why the door switch may be malfunctioning. The most common reason is that the door switch is dirty or obstructed. Another possibility is that the door switch is loose or damaged. If the door switch is damaged, it will need to be replaced.

Speed Queen Washer displaying codes TL 05. 00 D5

Yes, good diagnostics and summary. Don't guess with control boards for exactly the reason you stated. Call for service, you need the correct diagnosis and warranty on the part and the service call. There are indeed expensive and not for guessing.

Speed Queen SC30BC front load single phase 240 volts washer.

To diagnose the issue with the Speed Queen SC30BC washer, it's important to determine which component is causing the fuse to blow. Here are a few steps you can take to help identify the problem:
  1. Unplug the washer and visually inspect the wiring and components for any signs of damage, such as frayed wires or melted components.
  2. Check for any loose connections, and tighten them if necessary.
  3. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance across the wiring and components. If the resistance is very low, it may indicate a short circuit.
  4. Check the drain pump for any blockages or damage.
  5. Inspect the control board for any signs of damage or melted components.
  6. Test the door switch to make sure it is functioning properly.
  7. Test the water level control valve to make sure it is not stuck open and allowing excessive water into the washer.
If you are not comfortable with electrical repairs, it's best to call a professional for assistance. Attempting to repair electrical equipment without proper training can be dangerous and potentially damaging to the machine.

Speed Queen top loader leaks water from the top during washing water spills from top of outer tub ring.

Is it overfilling, too close to the top? If so, replace the water level sensor. Some have an adjustment screw in the centre.

Speed queen washing machine model number awne82sp11two1 stuck on cycle

If your Speed Queen washing machine is stuck on a cycle, there could be a few different issues causing the problem. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the power supply and make sure that the washing machine is properly plugged in and receiving power.
  2. Check the fuse or circuit breaker to make sure that the washing machine is not tripping any electrical circuits.
  3. Make sure that the washing machine is not paused or paused on a cycle that is longer than usual. If the machine is paused, simply press the start button to resume the cycle.
  4. Make sure that the washing machine door is properly closed and latched. If the door is not properly closed, the machine may not start or may get stuck on a cycle.

Speed Queen Awn412sp111tw01 Washer, no cold water!

In the back of the cold water hose connection there is a small gauze filter. Check is is clear of limescales and debris. While the hose is off, hold the hose in a bucket and have someone else turn the stop valve on. Don't try and do it yourself. If you have good water flow and a new water inlet valve, it can only be the wiring or the control board / connections to it.

Speed Queen Washer agitates and cycles appropriately but does not spin fast enough to properly get the water out of the clothes.

I hope that you ordered the correct part, Also there is an idler pulley that maintains the belt tension and that needs to be checked for proper tension.

My speed queen will keep running through all cycles and now it full and won't drain.....please help

The drain pump is clogged or not working. Some washers have belt-driven pumps - check the belt. If it is practical, unplug the washer and try turning the pump by hand (with the belt removed if it has one). If you can't turn it in either direction, it is jammed up or the bearing has seized. If you need help identifying the pump, look online for appliance parts for your model. Most online dealers will have photos of the parts. The pump will be somewhere in the drain line from the tub to the drain hose.
