It is probably located behind the front kick panel which will be held on with clips or screws.

First, are you sure there is power to the unit? Check the breakers and post back.

You can download the manual direct from samsung just go to their site type in your machine and download.

Error code 5E is the code telling you that you will need to clean the filter. After you clean the filter the code will go away.

This is a water drain error.

5R is displayed if the water level frequency detected is 25 KHz or less in the initial phase of the UNB -detecting cycle. The Water Drain error can be cleared by turning POWER SW OFF and back ON.
