Mice are helpful little creatures... Mostly if you can take the top off the machine yourself you should be able to replace the hose yourself.

Just had same problem... Just loosen the 2 screws at the bottom and it will open easy . Use an Allen key if you don't have a French Allen key. Mind the water that will come out have a dish ready underneath the opening. Ian
