It's a faulty relay on the control board. If you remove the top panel and remove the boards you will find a spot burned out on one of the relays. check your load -- not enough clothes in it - too little heavy ones

The screen on the water inlet to the machine may be plugged. Take the water hoses off at the machine end to see if there is a blockage. If that isn't it the solenoids that open the water valves may be stuck or not working. The timer operates the solenoids.

Unbalanced load? Don't over stuff the washer. The load sensing moves the drum back and forth at the start. If it can't balance the load it will err.

The inlet pump is not being activated. One possible cause is faulty communication between board and pump or the other could be the pump/relay itself.

Check the inter tub ring you should hear water when you spin it by hand if you dont hear water replace the spin tub balnce ring it must be cracked or has a hole in it and leaked out the fluid this is a counter balancer when it gows into the spin cycle h Tech AL Wojo

The SD error code is caused by using the wrong detergent or excessive amounts of detergent.

To correct the issue: Make sure to use HE detergent. Note: Using Non - HE Detergent will cause oversudsing and can damage the washer. Do not use too much detergent.
