The first step would be to pull the battery out, put it back in, and try to power it on. Try unlocking it then. If that doesn't seem to work, you will want to look for what looks like melting glue on the side of the screen. If you see that, try to get a razor blade right underneath the plastic and scrape it out.

hold down the red button until it turns on....if you bought it used check for the dot on the inside of the phone under the battery to show a red or dark color mark....this means it has water damage and the phone could be junk

restart your camera and going on camera mode.
hold the camera button down for few seconds so instead in camera mode,it goes into video mode.
take a video and save it you can also take a picture,switch back to the camera mode and test it.

If you recently used the audio plug for music or a wired intercom the internal plug gets stuck. Even after unplugged it still thinks it is connected and tries to send and receive audio from that earphone port. Plug and unplug a earphone plug and you may get unstuck.

1. Pease look for cell phone packaging for the ESN, which is usually located on a sticker. It always starts with "DEC" followed by a string of numbers.

2. Turn off your cell phone band take out the battery from the back of it. Look for the ESN below the battery surface.

hi kelc 1212 Theverizon stores don't do repairs. Your phone isn't carried by verizon any longer . Now you can call lg's customer services and they can give you the number for a repair center. They also will give the ptice you may have to send them the phone you will be with out a phones for two weeks. You can go int the verizon store and get a certifiy preowned phone for 69.99-289.99 they come with a new one year warranty. You need to try Silica Gel Packets to dry out your phone. There was a good article on associatedcontent.com that explains how to dry a wet cell phone, iPods, or any electronics.

You need to place your cell phone in a zip lock bag with Silica Gel Packets. Silica Gel will remove all the moisture from the phone and its components, something air drying will not do!
