Some of the Vision Fitness t9450 treadmill incline and speed quick keys stopped working along with the manual speed and incline buttons

It sounds like you have a membrane issue. There are a number of different T9450 models and they all have slightly different consoles. You'll need your serial number to help pinpoint the parts you need. Your best bet is to go through the manufacturer (johnsonfit.com) and have them help you get the correct membrane and overlay.

E6 error message

It appears that your elevation system is where the fault lies. This could be as simple as recalibrating the lift mechanism, or possibly correcting faulty wiring from the lower controller to the lift motor. Be sure to check the condition of the lift motor as well as the wires entering the lift motor. Sometimes the wires will pull away from the plastic connector causing a lift motor error

9.31 precor error 26 and loud noise

Precor Error Code 26 Error Code: 26 Manufacturer: Precor Model: All Models Error Description: Error 26, Motor Pulse Width Incorrect - Observation of the speed sensor signal and verification the signal from the speed sensor is appropriate for the requested speed. If an incorrect or erratic speed sensor signal is detected the error appears. Possible Reason:
  1. The line of sight between the speed sensor and the speed sensor target is obstructed.
  2. Incorrect gap between the speed sensor and the speed sensor target.
  3. Incorrect adjustment of the speed sensor potentiometer (when equipped).
  4. Damaged speed sensor target.
Recommended Action:
  1. Using a static safe vacuum cleaner, carefully vacuum out the drive motor compartment. Be sure to thoroughly clean the area between the speed sensor and the speed sensor target.
  2. Inspect the gap of the speed sensor to the speed sensor target. Proper gap is 3/16" and the speed sensor photo eye should be aimed at the larger portion of the targets wedge shaped section. If unit has a magnetic speed sensor, the gap between the end of the sensor and the flywheel tooth needs to be 3/16".
  3. Locate the speed sensor potentiometer (when equipped) on the lower PCA. Set the speed sensor potentiometer to mid-range. Start the treadmill and increase speed to 6 mph. Carefully adjust the speed sensor potentiometer until the treadmill is operating the smoothest. Increase the speed to full speed and again adjust the speed sensor potentiometer until the treadmill is operating the smoothest. These two adjustments are typically small and are generally only a matter of fine tuning.
  4. Inspect the speed sensor target for any scratches or tears that could cause incorrect readings. Replace the speed sensor target if

E5 code error

follow this steps and fix it. God bless you The power up test sequence has detected a key in the operated condition. The power up test sequence is performed every time the unit is turned on (powered up). This test is performed because a permanently stuck key will inhibit the correct operation of the unit. Possible Causes 1. A key on the display housing is permanently stuck in the operated condition. 2. One of the upper PCA's keypad interface chips has failed. 3. Liquid (perhaps perspiration) is present on the surface of a touch sensitive display. Possible Remedies 1. Remove the keypad connector cable from the upper PCA. Restart the power up sequence, if the ERROR 5 is no longer present, the keypad is the cause. The keypad is typically part of the display housing. Replace the display housing to correct the problem. 2. Remove the keypad connector cable from the upper PCA. Restart the power up sequence, if the ERROR 5 is still present, the upper PCA is the cause. Replace the upper PCA to correct this problem. Most upper PCA's are provided without software. Therefore, the software (chip) must be removed from the upper PCA being replaced and re-installed on the replacement upper PCA. 3. Wipe the surface of the touch sensitive display clean of all liquid. Restart the power up sequence, if the ERROR 5 is no longer present, the liquid was the cause.

HOW TO RECALIBRATE AT BLADEZ POWERMILL 6525

please proceed according . Happy new year. God bless you

The Steps for Newer Style Console Calibration:

  1. Locate the calibration area on the rear or underside of the console (a hole, near the console's center, that goes through to the electronics board. (This hole should not have a screw in it.)

  2. Insert a pencil (eraser end), into the hole and feel around for the cal button (will click when pressed).

  3. Press the button 2 times (with the pencil eraser). The first click should show CL11 in the console, the second click should show CL21.

  4. If the process was done correctly, and CL21 appears in the console, you are in "calibration mode." The next few steps consists of pressing buttons on the console and observing settings. This will not require any other tools.

  5. Press ENTER. CL22 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.

  6. Press ENTER. CL23 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.

  7. Press ENTER. CL24 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.

  8. Press ENTER. CL25 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.

  9. Press ENTER. CL26 should display in the TIME window. You should then see the letter "E."

  10. Press ENTER. You should see "SS" or "55" in the console.

  11. Push the STOP/START button. For safety, at this point, you should step off, or be off, the treadmill.

  12. Push the ENTER button. The walking belt should start to move, accelerate to maximum speed, then stop on its own.

  13. When the belt stops, the incline should self test by raising to its highest incline position, then lowering back down to its lowest position.

  14. Once the incline test is complete, push the POWER button 2 times. The unit should shut off and the console should go completely blank. If this happens, the treadmill is done calibrating and is ready for use.

  15. If the letter "F" appears in the SPEED or INCLINE window when the power button is pressed 2 times, the treadmill is indicating a failure somewhere either in the SPEED or INCLINE (depending on the window the "F" appeared in). Troubleshooting the failure would be the next step.

Power to the base but not to the panel

Check the connections where the panel is located to make sure they are all secure. If you have done that it sounds like a loose solder connection on the display board. I would recommend checking all wire harness connections by unplugging and replugging back in each one.

I have a Vision Fitness T9450 HRT everything works

Dear Sir:

Hello I hope that everything is o.k

Now I will help you, only thing is you need to know how to handle the DVOM(digital Voltimeter)

To use these instructions, you need to have a familiarity with electricity and a working knowledge of a voltage multimeter. With all of
these tests, USE EXTREME CAUTION!!! Never let the voltage ground directly to any part of the treadmill or your leads ground while you
are testing voltage.
To begin, set your volt meter to AC volts. We are going to trace the power from the wall outlet through the
treadmill to see where it ends.
With the treadmill unplugged, test the wall outlet. You should have from 115 to 125 VAC. Optimally, you will
have at least 120 VAC.
Follow the power leads from the power cord to the lead ends. With the treadmill unplugged, connect your
meter to the lead ends. Plug the treadmill in and check your reading. It should be the same as your reading
from the wall outlet.
Continue this process with the electrical system, following the leads, as they pass through, breakers, fuses,
and the like.
Where the power flow ends is where your problem is. Sometimes it will be in a bad connection, sometimes
it will be in a shorted breaker or blown fuse, at times it may be as simple as a safety switch not working
properly, or it may be a major problem with a component.
In some cases, components work in tandem (i.e.- a controller may need a signal from the console
computer to release voltage to the motor) so if you have a question concerning where voltage ends, email
us at [email protected].
TESTING FUSES, BREAKERS, WIRING, AND SWITCHES
1) One of the most common problems with power outages is problems with fuses, breakers, wiring, or switches.
2) If your treadmill is equipped with a safety switch, set your volt meter to continuity. Touch your test leads together to make sure you
are getting a closed circuit. With the treadmill unplugged, back the leads off the safety switch, usually near the upper display computer.
With the safety key out, test the switch. It should be open. Push the safety key in. Your circuit should be closed. If this tests ok, move to
the next step.
3) While testing for voltage, you can unplug your treadmill and test the fuses, breakers, and wiring harnesses. Sometimes a breaker may
have shorted open and not tripped. Test these components individually. You want a closed circuit on all of them

instructions Things You'll Need
  • Digital multimeter or analog multimeter
  1. Using a digital multimeter
    • 1 Connect the test leads to the volt-ohmmeter. Plug the black test leads into the black jack marked "Com" or "Common" on the front of the meter. Plug the red test lead into the red jack marked "Volts/Ohms" on the front of the meter.
    • 2 Set the meter's function switch to "Ohms" and the range switch to the "R x 1" scale. If your digital multimeter is an auto ranging meter, you will not have a range switch. Instead, you'll have just a function switch because the meter will automatically select the right range for the quantity that you are measuring.
    • 3 Turn off the power and remove the fuse to be tested from the circuit. Never test a fuse for continuity while it is still connected to the circuit that it is used to protect. If the circuit still has voltage, the meter will be irreparably damaged. If the fuse is still in the circuit when tested it is possible to get a false indication that the fuse is good if the meter gets a completed circuit through other circuit components. To be safe, always remove the fuse from the circuit before testing it.
    • 4 Touch the black test probe to one end of the fuse and the red test probe to the other end of the fuse. It does not matter which probe you touch to which end because fuses are not polarized. You are checking to see if there is continuity through the fuse element. A reading of approximately 0.5 on a digital meter's LCD indicates a good fuse. Most digital meters read their own internal fuses resistance, hence 0.5 Ohms and not 0.00 Ohms. LCD readout of "O.L." indicates no continuity through the fuse. The fuse is bad and needs to be replaced

Thank you in advance, best regard. Blessing.

I have a vision T9500

hi,
Try AUTO-CALIBRATION first. For that do the following.

With the safety key in place, turn the treadmill ON . Press and hold SELECT. Now you can perform auto-calibration by pressing START.

(The treadmill will run through minimum and maximum speed and elevation. This will take 3 to 5 minutes. Let the treadmill perform this complete function. "END" will appear when auto-calibration is complete. When auto-calibration is complete, it will take about 30 seconds for the treadmill to reboot and return to the start-up screen)

If it doesn't help then the motor control module is faulty. You have to replace or repair the motor control module.

OK

T9350 Getting error code E5

Hi,

This just means that the elevation is out of range. It probably lost its signal when you moved it. The way to fix this is to recalibrate it. The E5 error code indicates the electronics on your treadmill require calibration. Recalibrate the treadmill to fix the problem.
