Check that the surge protector meets the specifications listed in the manual.

Remove the key from the console.

Unplug the power cord.

Turn rear roller bolts 1/4 turn counterclockwise using an Allen wrench.

Keeping the walking belt centered, you should be able to lift each edge of the belt 2 to 3 inches.

Plug the power cord back into the surge protector.

Reinsert the key into the console.

Repeat the process if, after the treadmill has run a few minutes, the walking belt is not properly tightened. 2. Walking Belt Slips

Some consoles require batteries. Check to see if this is the problem. If the console does not use batteries, move on to Step 2.

Remove the screws from the console hood and remove the hood.

Turn the pulley until the reed switch and magnet are aligned with a 1/8-inch gap between reed switch and pulley.

Replace the hood.

Reinsert the key into the console.

I see what is your problem:

May existen 2 problem: a) Mechanical b) Electrical.

a) Mechanical: To due the shaft of Motor Lift bent, this cause to Stuch the motor, and produce some trigger of the breaker.Inspeccion it the shaft is o.k or is Bent.Change or Repair.

b) Electrical:
1) The breaker in the Board Controller can be dirty, or faulty, replace or repair. You can clean with special spray for contact.or use Ethylic Alcohol.

2) Check the rely or contactor for Motor DC, the contact will be dirty , clean and adjust it and replace or repair.

3) Check the continuity wire with VOM ( Range r x 100 from the Board control until the terminal of the Motor Lift DC is o.k or faulty, repair.

4) MEASURE the Voltage DC, with a VOM (VOLTIMETER) in range DC, approximately 48-50DC, if you can measure the same, the Motor is Faulty. You can Replace or REPAIR.

Check the motor belt tension and the walkbelt tension first. If iether is loose the walkbelt will stop.

Most likely a faulty controller.

Lack of lube - and use Icon lube only - or a worn walkbelt. Both create too much friction and over heat the motor.

There are 4 screws across the front. The two additional hidden screws are underneath. Lift the walkboard frame up and they will be through the frame where the end of the hood cover is. One on each side.

Most likely the console is faulty. If the speed and incline buttons work and the numerical display is incomplete the console is at fault.

The incline sensor is probably defective and let the incline motor physicall jam against the stop. About 50% of the time a new sensor will cure the problem; otherwise, a new motor with the sensor is the cure. Either way the incline motor must be removed to address the problem and I would reccomend leaving this to someone with experience as you could possibly injure yourself trying to attemp this without the proper knowledge. The weight of the teadmill is on the incline motor and that is where the risk is.

Let it finish. The unit is recalibrating. It will go all the way up, pause, then all the way down, then pause, then double beep. The console will return to normal. The unit was knock out of calibration by a voltage surge and the reason all treadmills should be on a surge protector when in use and unplugged when not in use

Take the motor hood off and set aside. Straddle the walk belt and set the speed to 3 or 4. Take one foot and step on the walkbelt hard. While doing this look at the pulley on the front roller. Does just the roller stop and the pulley keeps turning, does the roller and the pulley stop together or does just the walkbelt stop? If the walkbelt is the only thing to stop it is loose. If the pulley, roller and the walkbelt stop the motor belt is loose. If the pulley continues to turn and the roller and walkbelt stop your pulley is slipping on the front roller ( press fit). Two solutions: 1) replace the front roller or 2) pin the front roller to the pulley. Align the pulley roller to the motor pulley by tapping it into position. remove motor belt by loosing motor. Drill 1/8 hole through the pulley and roller. Take a larger drill bit and countersink the pulley hole so the head of a screw will be below the pulley grooves when installed. install the screw. If you mess it up -- turn the pulley and roller and try again. This is a permanent fix for this problem. You may have a little pulley wobble and that is OK.
