1) Lube the deck belt, this problem is lack of maintenance, maybe the deck belt is worn.2) You must align the deck belt see the diagram3) Lube the rollers bearing very well very important toosee the video: God bless you
Double check that all connections are secure, especially the console cable. Unplug and reconnect the console cable to verify.
Make sure the console cable is not pinched or damaged in any way.
Turn the power off, unplug the power cable and wait 60 seconds. Remove the motor cover. Wait until all red LED lights have gone off on the motor control board before proceeding. Next, verify that none of the wires connected to the lower board are loose or disconnected.
Could be that there is a short in your wall outlet, you can try switching the treadmills power cord to a different outlet.
You always want to make sure that your treadmill is on a dedicated circuit.
You also might want to try and just reset the power switch, leaving it off for 5 minutes and switching it back.
It could also be that one of the electric components on the main board, for example like a capacitor is damaged which in turn is causing the unit to draw "too much" voltage into the machine.
If switching outlets does not do the trick, you can remove the main shroud and inspect that main board, check any wires for crimping and or any components that look damaged.
If not any, with the shroud off you can turn the machine on. Just check to see if the main control boards LED's come on.
You will most likely get LED's since you said it turns on, then off when you hit start.

With belt movement check speed sensor. Without belt movement check MCB. If you neglected unit it could be belt and deck if its shutting down during a workout. I have also see a lot of on/ off switches getting old and causing LS errors due to low voltage to MCB
My first thought is to adjust the leveler foot on the back right of the deck. If the lock nut is loose the foot may need to be screwed out so the deck is solid on all four points.
basically
Loosen old belt
take out rear roller
undo bolts for deck(both sides is easier to put belt on)
loosen front roller ( opposite side of pulley)
Slide belt on .
Reverse actions and put back together.
Tension belt correctly.
Or call a treadmill repairer
please see the video attached and proceed according.
However you must test the power voltage input terminal motor use the multimeter, see my personal TIPS for Motor HELP.if there ARE the motor is faulty.
2) test the output voltage terminal from control board, for input voltage terminal motor, if THERE are NOT the c.board is faulty
Need LUBE or wax, see your owner manual, and Do it right now. use 100% silicones LUBe.2) Lube the rollers bearint use WD-40 for rollers bearing only.God bless you
adjust the speed sensor, test it, clean it, and tight the plug or connector very well.2) Test the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair.3) Test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty.God bless you
