You will need the model number in order to order the correct parts. Under the front cover there is a tech sheet. It will tell you the model number. The model numbers are usually on the frame, and can be found once the treadmill is folded up. Yours will be something like EPCL******. It sounds like you may need a motor controller PCB. The motor might be defective, but they generally don't just stop like yours has... The model number tag also has a phone number to call for service. They can send someone out to look at it if you require a technician.. 1-888-922-4222
Probably a bad motor control board, possibly bad connection, less likely but still possible is bad console. Another possibility is that it's in demo mode and you forgot to attache the safety key, but anyone who has had this treadmill a while would notice that.
