1)Examine, the board or Running deck, if the holes where the screwdriver are Looses, TIGHT very well, and see if there are doing correct . Normally this happen when the person training is Jumping, Is NOT normally doing this. Since this machine ARE not Heavy duty like as the machine GYM. You must LUBE the roller bearing front and back with WD-40 very well. . 2) Examine the drive belt motor, if are very tight, must be deflection 1/8" other wise the ball bearing of motor are very tight.Tight very well the bolt of motor. 3) Run again, if the problem persist, the Rollers are Faulty. It should be an adjustment of the roller.

Your problem may be as simple as a loose walking belt. It could also be that the belt guides on the underside of the deck is too wide. Ir could also be that your rear roller collapsed (there should be noise in this case) or your rear roller screw is broken or not holding tension for some reason. Try adjusting the belt again. Consider that the belt will move to the side of least resistance so if you tighten the left side the belt will move right and vise versa. Good luck. Either your Motor or Motor Control Board(MCB) is faulty. Try testing your Motor with a Drill Battery: 1. Disconnect the machine's power lead from the power socket, so that there is no power to the machine. 2. Open the Motor Hood. 3. Disconnect the Motor + and - leads from the Motor Control Board. 4. Connect + and - leads(normally Red and Black) to the Drill Battery. The Motor should turn the Belt. With the Motor leads disconnected from the MCB, you can connect the machine to the power, Press Start, and if this trips your Fuse Box you know its definitely the MCB. There may be a problem with the LCB or motor. I repair this brand for the distributer in Australia.

please see the video attached. and lube too the rollers bearing front+back. Test the drive belt motor fro crack, tight or replace it.Test the output voltage from control board, for input voltage motor.if there are OUTPUT voltage from control board, this is a o.k the motor is faulty. and viceversa. The Steps for Newer Style Console Calibration

1. Locate the calibration area on the rear or underside of the console (a hole, near the console's center, that goes through to the electronics board. (This hole should not have a screw in it.)

2. Insert a pencil (eraser end), into the hole and feel around for the cal button (will click when pressed).

3. Press the button 2 times (with the pencil eraser). The first click should show CL11 in the console, the second click should show CL21.

4. If the process was done correctly, and CL21 appears in the console, you are in "calibration mode." The next few steps consists of pressing buttons on the console and observing settings. This will not require any other tools.

5. Press ENTER. CL22 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.

6. Press ENTER. CL23 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.

7. Press ENTER. CL24 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.

8. Press ENTER. CL25 should display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.

9. Press ENTER. CL26 should display in the TIME window. You should then see the letter "E."

10. Press ENTER. You should see "SS" or "55" in the console.

11. Push the STOP/START button. For safety, at this point, you should step off, or be off, the treadmill.

12. Push the ENTER button. The walking belt should start to move, accelerate to maximum speed, then stop on its own.

13. When the belt stops, the incline should self test by raising to its highest incline position, then lowering back down to its lowest position.

14. Once the incline test is complete, push the POWER button 2 times. The unit should shut off and the console should go completely blank. If this happens, the treadmill is done calibrating and is ready for use.

15. If the letter "F" appears in the SPEED or INCLINE window when the power button is pressed 2 times, the treadmill is indicating a failure somewhere either in the SPEED or INCLINE (depending on the window the "F" appeared in). Troubleshooting the failure would be the next step.

Run the software calibration for troubleshooting. Test the s. sensor for open or faulty .clean it and tight very well.

you must to return the parts and demand for the original part for your right treadmill, Otherwise you must waste your time and money. Be sure if you are doing the right with the machine, Test aNY Fuse,c.breaker , REED switch, sensor speed,. Test all connector tight very well included the ribbon cable for keypads for display board.

lube the deck belt, you have deck worn, proceed in according with the instruction manual maintenance. 2) check the drive belt and replace it if necessary and tight 3) tes the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair or replace 4) test the output voltage from main board, for input voltage for the main motor, if there are NOT, the board is faulty. Try if you can RUN the software calibration for diagnose and troubleshooting.sincerely. God bless you.
