Notify maintenance motor controller comm
I own a gym and have 5 9500's...unfortunately it sounds like it the motor controller board which is around $800. National gym supply or sprotsmith has the part.
My life fitness hr9500 is

it could be several problems but on my practice it is power control board
it can not communicate each other

My Life Fitness treadmill needs
if it is a classical model 9500/9500HR/9100/9100HR can take the card to a qualified technician mail, you must open the controller and change the following components: D4015L (2) 2N6507 (2) TIP110 (1) and in the latter case there to change the IRGBC40S.
if you treadmill is the Next Generation you should buy new and can find on sportsmith.com
Life Fitness treadmill model 9500HR. After
try to reset the treadmill by following these steps :

Unplug the treadmill. Locate the console key and place the safety or reset key into the treadmill console. Replace any parts that need replacing, or move on to the next step.

Locate the reset switch on the underside of the treadmill console. Usually the button is large enough to trigger with a pencil eraser or Q-tip. Plug the treadmill plug back into the wall. Use the Q-tip to press the reset button. It may be necessary to hold the reset button down for a few seconds. "CL11" will appear in the display of the treadmill.

Press the reset button one more time with the Q-tip. "CL21" should appear on the screen. Press the enter key. The display will change again and show "CL22." Keep pressing the enter key until the numbers cycle through to the number "CL26." Press enter one more time. The letter E should appear on the display screen.

Press enter twice more. The letters "SS" should appear on the screen. When this happens, press the start/stop key. Making sure to keep well away from the tread, press enter to start the treadmill. The treadmill will start on its own. The treadmill will stop on its own after a few seconds. When it stops, press the power key two times. Remove the safety key and put in a safe place. Your treadmill is reset.
Immobilized
Immobilized feature is activated.
Press and hold the SPEED Down
Arrow Key and press the Pause Key to
toggle ON/OFF.
How to repair motor controller?
if it is a classic model ..... you open it is easy to remove the wires removed the aluminum plate where the transformer and capacitor
also remove brackets this way you will see the diodes (D4015L and SCR´s 2N6507 and TIP110 ) buy them at a sale of electronic and install For this you need a cauting and solder or tin and finally reassemble the same way you remove

How do I change the
Step one: remove the screws to calibrate allens belt in the opposite direction clockwise allens wrench 5 / 16 "
Step two: remove the screws above the deck allens wrench 5 / 32 "
Step three: with a flat screwdriver to lift the lever of the Idler belt and remove the drive belt motor pulley. be careful
Step four: remove the rollers carefully.
Step five: Remove the deck
Step Six: Remove the philips screw that holds the spray nozzle
Step seven: now carefully remove the belt.
to install belt now repeat these steps from back to front
Once installed you must calibrate or belt slack to avoid turning the screws slide the meaning allens counterclockwise you can start with a speed 1.5Mph and increasing to 4.5Mph

Hi,
This always means speed sensor problem.If it is defective or loose
contact will always cause this issue.The sensor controls the pulley belt
to rotate.So your treadmill is not working.
You need to pull the
cover off. Check for burned wire or short circuit on the board and loose
sockets.
Use multimeter to test the sensor.
I have manual for Life Fitness 9500.Use it for having some idea.

I recently replaced a liftmotor
you should first check if any cable is not loose check the connectors between the CPU and lift motor check if the Swicth home is not disconnected
or perhaps the home swicth is not compatible or damaged is possible that some connector is not in place the CPU is at the side of Emerson CONTROLLER and motor connector pins must have three any question send me a E-mail
