Left side rollers are releasing excess oil..
On that left side end cap has a liquid wax hose assembly with nozzle on/off switch, this is used to refill the wax bladder underneath the running deck for lubricating the running belt itself.
their are 2 screws that hold the end cap you will see the nozzle make sure its turned off make sure hose connections are snug. If any cracks in hose replace accordingly.

Well the probable cause are -
Bad power entry module or motor controller.
Corrective Action
Verify line voltage at the P1 connector on the Motor controller. IF voltage exists, replace motor controller.
If no voltage exists, replace power entry module.

My 9500 next generation treadmill elevation not
Usually its the display panel not sending the proper signal - look under the display panel on the left side if standing on the belt, there is an access opening and there will be 3 plugs or connectors, it is the smaller 2 prong connector, just unplug and replug to clear the connection, that usually fixes mine, while in there unplug and replug all 3 plugs just to be safe.
In life fitness next generation operation
It will be one of three things: #1 faulty Wax/Lift circuit board that controls the lift motor,#2 the motor itself, or #3 a faulty home switch, which is the white plastic switch in the base of the machine which senses the home position or zero degrees elevation.

it comes from sears , this brand is built in jonesboro ,and is not a top of the line brand but does what most other treadmills do , you can probably go to sears and see if they have a treadmill like your in the showroom and then ask a salesman if the sears service center carries theese manuals or maybe he can tell you where to get one , their is no volume control on theese machines for the beep , but if you locate the sound holes which are most likely on the bottom of the display board you can use a piece of ductape and cover this speaker to make it less noisy ,Hope this has helped ,Sincerely glenn
