i have this treadmill n i can get it to stop going fast

You have to tension the belt of your treadmill. Here i have added a video which will help you to do the same. All the treadmills hve the same procedure.

Please check the following:

1. Please make sure that the battery is fully charged, because it won't work if not.

2. If the motor turns slowly then your motor is ok, if not the motor is bad and would need to be replaced.

3. If the motor is ok then the motor controller ( the board with the metal ) is malfunctioning and would need to be replaced.

4. You may also check the fuse.

There is a latch pin on the left upright bar. While putting out on the pin, lift the treadmill platform up. Then release or push in the pin so that it holds the platform in place.
