Have you lubricated the the running deck? The lack of lubrication can increase friction thus causing the current limiting curcuit to activate thus shutting down the unit to prevent further damage, Go to your local hard ware store and purchase silicone spray. Apply Lubricant by lift one side of the running belt spray contents length wise starting at motor shroud to the back end repeat this process on the other side. If this unit shut down again then you will have replace the running belt and possibly the deck

Reebok i run stopped working after 5 mins power
it sounds like it may be the fuse on the motor circuit board? if you unscrew the motor cover and have a look inside(ensure you have turned the power off) you will see the circuit board and the fuse is in the middle. take it out and have a look to see if it is intact. go to Maplins and ask for a replacement as it is not a standard fuse, it is a 'time delay fuse'.
if this does not resolve the issue, you may need a replacement motor circuit board (around £40) which is very easy to replace. if you need help doing this let me know and ill guide you through it.

Reebok Vista belt not working properly
There could be 3 different problems with this machine.
1) loose drive belt (this model has a spring loaded idler that tightens the tension)
2) Bad front drive roller (you wil hear the pulley spinning freely on the front roller if the roller is bad)
3)Last is possibly the walk belt itself. May need to be tightened or replaced.
To try to tighten the walk belt, go to the end of the walk belt and find the 2 adjust allan screws in the end and tighten them 2 revolutions clockwise on both screws.
Hope this helps a little. Tim

How do you track a belt on a reebok vista
There are 2 allen screws on the rear of the machine. Use an allen wrench and access the side in which the walk belt is tracking towards. (tracking to the right go to the right screw) Insert the allen wrench and rotate the screw one revolution CLOCKWISE. This should move the belt 1/4 inch towards the center. If needed you may rotate the screw one and possibly 2 more revolutions but more than that you may have another issue with the machine.
Good luck! Tim

Reebok Vista Treadmill issue
Have a 2 year old Reebok treadmill. Control panel was replaced right after we bought it. Now, again, the upper half of the panel works but we are not allowed to start anything. Does the whole panel need to be replaced again or is there a fuse or something small that we can do.

Reebok REM 11300 have moved my treadmill, it has
I had the same problem, this is how you fix it.
remove the two black screws near the power switch and the plastic switch section should come away from the frame. Inside you should find a yellow wire, if you find this is disconnected from the other yellow wire, plug them back together and you should find the solves your problem.

Reebok i run treadmill stops working after 10 mins
If everything still works but no belt movement, you motor controller is more than likely shot. If replacing you want to also pay attention to the deck and belt. Sence it sut down while running, it sound it an over heating problem which is usually caused from too much friction between the walking belt and the deck(the board under it) May require lube or may need replacing.

Reebok treadmill e13 error message
f the E13 error code is still showing after restarting your treadmill, check to ensure that the wiring between the AC motor drive and motor cables is securely connected. If any of the cables/connectors appear loose, completely power off and unplug the treadmill before unplugging and reattaching the cables.
