On my Epic you can adjust the belt tension by using an allen wrench in the holes on the end of rails. Tighten 1/4 turn on each side and see how the tension is. Repeat another 1/4 turn if necessary.

Try to recalibrate the incline. Start the machine running, press the incline up button, then pull the safety key off. Release the incline up button and replace the safety key. The treadmill should go to maximum incline then minimum. after calibration is completed, retry the treadmill operation.
first thing is to get yourself an appliance load tested that can measure amperage draw from a power outlet. plug the tester into the outlet and the treadmill into the tester and verify you are set for amps. at 3mph without being on the treadmill you should see around 2.5 to 3 amps of power draw. If you are seeing much higher than this then the motor may have a dead short which is causing the motor control board to overheat and shutoff - if this is happening within a couple minutes you may be pulling 3 times the amps it is supposed to. to remedy that you would need a new drive motor as the motor is what causes the shutdowns and overheating
These treadmills have what is called a thermal switch. It is designed to shut the machine off if it gets too hot. To help this problem you can purchase some treadmill lubrication. It is a waxy based substance that you put on the underside of the walking belt. That is the most inexpensive alternative. You may need to purchase a new walking belt. How you can tell if yours needs to be replaced is to put your hand on the underside of the walking belt. You should feel a texture like a screen door if it is in good condition. When you pull your hand out it should feel like you have been eating popcorn, a little greasy. This will prevent the overheating problem and not shut your machine off in the middle of workouts.
Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the power supply and make sure that the treadmill is plugged in and receiving power.
Check the fuse or circuit breaker to make sure that the treadmill is not tripping any electrical circuits.
Make sure that the motor and controller are properly connected and functioning correctly. You may want to check the wiring and make sure there are no loose or damaged connections.

The white line across the screen typically indicates that a row of led pixels is dead. If this is true, you cannot repair it. The only solution is to replace the screen. Try different screens and see if it remains. If so, that is the most probable cause.
