Bladez Ion 9.9 Fold-up Treadmill - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Walking on tread mill is jerky. almost like some one keeps putting the break on
Hi There, have you lubricated the deck lately? does the belt glide easily over the deck with your foot pushing it and the power to the treadmill off? If the belt glides easily with your foot, but not when powered, you're motor control board could be about to fail. capacitors routinely go bad on these controllers over the years. Unplug unit the remove motor shroud most sensors are next to front roller/pulley assembly it will be either a black rectangular or cylindrical (reed switch) component adhere to the frame or locate on either end of the drive motor.
Elevation is elevating in the wrong direction
Unless this unit was physically re-engineered,either the rear end incline on some models or from the front depending on the mechanism look closely when you fold it up chances are you will be able see that mechanism thru the bottom cover slot made bigger for the rear wheels to move.
9.9T was on incline8.started jumping unplugged it.
Hello, sorry to say it sounds like you may have to get a replacement elevation motor. The error message "E7" corresponds to the elevation motor being "out of range" as the manufacturer puts it!
What I would do is plug it back in and turn it on again. DO NOT GET BACK ONTO IT. Run it for a while and try to get the elevation back down to 0. If the elevation motor will not move then you definately need a replacement.
Bottom line is that you might be able to continue using it without the motor, but only on zero elevation. To be on the safe side, get a new motor.
