Item 8 on the die of the engine is porting oil to your carb. Most of the time the reason for this is that someone seriously over-filled the engine with oil so as a crankcase breather it is shoving the excess oil out of the crankcase and into the carb throat. Hence your seeing massive smoke and the engine eventually dies out.
Re-check the engine oil level. There are 2 lines on the dip stick. The oil should NOT be above the upper line.
If the oil level is fine then remove the crancase breather from the side of the engine and submerse it a cleaning solvent. (I can not tell you to use gas but I do) Let it soak for quite a while (8 hours) And then clean it off with carb cleaner and re-install it.
I honestly think you have a simple case of too much oil in the engine. Adjust the oil level to the proper levels and try again. It will smoke for a couple of minutes while the residual oil id expelled but it should snap out of the current symptoms shortly there after.
If none of the above correct the problem just respond here and I will help you.
