Hi there,

The speed shift slider switch wasn't lined up correctly when the unit was reassembled.

Unfortunately, you going to need to repeat the disassemble/reassemble process once more.

I've been there. It doesn't take much to be out of alignment. Set everything to the lowest setting (clutch, speed) and take your time.

If its not an bad soldering or an passive component , beware almost all brands wenn ordering an electric part for a charger its almost always more expensive then a complete (new charger ) the latest years there are more and more remplacement options to the customer , if there are defect components that are not made for ordering on marketing technical reasons and safety and more reasons. mosnfets (passive component almost sometimes fuse resistors but smd components to repair is not meaningfull . when termical defects are hidden.

The battery is defective.

Leave the part that is stuck in a jar with petrol overnight and then put it in a vice and try then to open then with spanner at the end of the chuck hope this helps

How to Remove Drill Chuck If there is screw in inside center of chuck remove it, it is probably left hand threads so pretend you are tightening it and it will come free. open chuck fully and insert chuck key into holes and hit it with a hammer to remove it.

I'm hoping you mean a chuck "key" .... there are only 4 different sizes and can be bought in tool stores as universal chuck keys tool 4 in 1 tool...

You need to replace the drill chuck.
