You can revive the dead nicd batteries in your tools.

The NiCd battery has lost its ability to hold a charge (dead cell). Usually due to non-use or overheating. You cannot excite the battery back to life. It will require a new battery pack.

Under Hilti, the SF 121 is the battey part number. I would need the tool's part number to know which switch you need. On the bad side, I haven't been able to find a secondary market for Hilti parts, you usually have to buy from them. Hilti's number is (866) 445-8827 if you would like to call them and order the part.

if the light on the charger are functioning ok. the problem is most probly the batterys. they dont last forever, replace the batteries and you should be ok.

i'm sorry to say that the brushes are not sold seperatly. you will have to replace the whole motor. if you email me [email protected] and tell me the exact model you have, i will be able to send you a parts diagram.

According to the operating instructions for the Hilti TE 6-A22, if the rotary hammer is running but there is no hammering action, it could be because the rotary hammer is too cold. To fix this, bring the tip of the drill bit into contact with the working surface, switch the rotary hammer on and allow it to run. If necessary, repeat the procedure until the hammering mechanism begins to operate. Also, ensure that the function selector switch is set to "Drilling without hammering" . If this doesn't work, you may need to take your tool to a professional repair service. You can find a list of authorized Hilti service centers on their website.

1. try to pull the trigger more back then its stand free , because i think that a dust ring insite the trigger was come loose and get inside the trigger so it will not fully come back in its normal rest position but its stands maybe a little fraction triggered , replace the switch .
