How do I download music from my Microsoft surface pro 3

Please explain what device your trying to download too? Can I guess these are some sort of music files like .MP3? Does your MSP3 have a USB port or a storage card like a mini SD? If so use it to transfer.

Cannot connect my AL300 3G to my new Microsoft Surface 2

Surface 2 have drivers?

If so, then if u can get into I, u may be able to try and install them, if it's not the Intel ones
Then I guess the best option I can think of would be, if your wanting to use the data sim, have a look online and see what 3g stick is comparable with surface 2, then from there
You could get an unlocked one or same brand as simcard provider and try that,

Sometimes there's comparability issues with these things.

Access my sd card full of programs and docs on my new Winbook 7?

You should be able to plug it into another computer and see card and memory separate and then access it that way. Then you could determine how to access the sd card info.

My I pad air won't start up after charge

double check to make sure your plug is in the wall outlet, and that you don't have a controlling wall switch off. this happens a lot in the car too, my charger has to be rotated to get the cigarette lighter connection just right.

Hi

I think you have never cleaned the disk anytime since you purchased the computer.
Clean
temporary internet files
uninstall all the unwanted software
run anti-spyware
run anti-virus
clean the million icons on your desktop
update operating system patches
run disk tools ( defragmentation, error correction )
and finally dont forget to clean the recycle bin.
Also if you have an option to look at task manager and check the memory used and processes running, it will give you more insight on what processes are responsible for this hang problem but ofcourse you have to find a way to do that before it hangs. dont click on desktop as u said this is causing it to hang.
If this doesnt help, buy a hammer from walmart :)

I have a mini 7" laptop with operating system

There are supposedly ways to do it, but they require using TCPMP like you said. I will post the exact instructions below. Windows CE is actually what is used on PDA's and Phones and isnt ideal for a mini laptop or netbook. Do you use your netbook for mainly light stuff like internet and word processing? I would suggest going with a Linux OS like Ubuntu, it runs very fast on light resources and you can load everything you need, and for free. Here are the instructions for TCPMP if you want to try it again:

Download TCPMP on your Windows CE browser (see link in Resources section).

Double-click the file once the download has finished to begin installing the media player to your Windows CE device. If prompted for an installation directory, click "Main Memory."

Download FlashVideoBundle (see link in Resources section), then double-click the file to install it. Choose the same location to install this file.

Turn your Windows CE device on and off. Click "Start," then "Programs." Click "Video Sites" to load up a list of compatible video sites (including YouTube). Click "TCPMP" to load the settings for your player. Change any of the settings to your personal preference, then click "OK."

Watch YouTube videos on your Windows CE device as you normally would on a full version of windows.

Cannot serf internet cause of spyware virus

it sounds like your virus protection has expired and you may have a firewall up blocking the internet connection.

and download a free professional antivirus, anti-spyware, and extensive firewall.

if you do download the new FREE program, make sure you completely uninstall ALL virus and spyware programs you may already have installed. Including Mcafee.

after youve decided what you will do and finished that part. open your web browser, go to internet options, advanced, and reset to default settings. then select the security tab and set to normal.

you should be all set!! Good Luck
