Spray arm hits plastic water supply as it spins, making a banging noise
I had this exact problem. There is a single hole on the underside of the arm, and it seems like the jet from it is enough to lift the arm so that it clears the plastic. The hole was clogged for me. Still have some thumping noise but it's 1/10th of what it was before.

Bosch SHU9915UC/11 dishwasher doesn't start wash cycle after replacing circulating pump?
If the dishwasher is not starting the wash cycle after replacing the circulating pump, it is possible that there is an issue with the control board. You may want to check the wiring connections between the control board and the new pump to make sure they are properly connected. If the connections are correct, you may need to test the control board and its various circuits to see if there is an issue with any of the components. It is also possible that there is a problem with a sensor or switch that is preventing the dishwasher from starting the wash cycle. You may need to consult the dishwasher's user manual or contact Bosch customer support for further assistance.

Bosch dishwasher. When running, can see water flow down overflow channel to pan at bottom of machine.
If you can see water flowing down the overflow channel to the pan at the bottom of your Bosch dishwasher while it is running, this indicates that there may be a problem with the dishwasher's float switch or water inlet valve.
The float switch is a small device located at the bottom of the dishwasher's tub that is designed to detect the water level inside the dishwasher. If the water level rises too high, the float switch will shut off the water inlet valve to prevent the dishwasher from overflowing. If the float switch is not functioning properly, it may allow water to continue to flow into the dishwasher, resulting in water flowing down the overflow channel to the pan at the bottom.
Another possible cause of this issue could be a faulty water inlet valve. The water inlet valve is responsible for regulating the flow of water into the dishwasher. If the valve is stuck open or is not functioning properly, it may allow water to continue to flow into the dishwasher, resulting in water flowing down the overflow channel to the pan at the bottom.
To resolve this issue, you may need to have a professional technician inspect and repair your Bosch dishwasher. They can test the float switch and water inlet valve to determine the cause of the problem and replace any faulty components as needed.

My Bosch dishwasher has a E15 Error.
This is a flood sensor issue rather than a float switch issue. The sensor is in the tray and senses water from dripping hoses or worn pump seals. It doesn't need much water as the sensor is at the lowest point, so it only needs a teaspoon of water. you can check the connections at sensor end and follow it to the control board connector.
My Bosch Dishwasher is displaying an error code E15, what does it mean? An E15 error code indicates that the safety switch has detected water in the base of the dishwasher
. Your leakage protection system has activated.
