I have a germanian timer that its manual is in

I don't know this timer. I found one image that shows a 5-button timer that I'm not familiar with.

1) Add a comment and describe timer in detail and I will try to match description with my files on timers.

2) Look at following link to see if your timer appears, and then add a comment and I will answer.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html

3) When I have a manual in foreign language, which is frequently, I use google translate.
http://translate.google.com/#

How to use google translate for timer manuals:
a) Enter entire sentences into translator and it recognizes the language. Then select language you want to translate into. Then press translate button.

b) Copy-paste translation into a document so you can read the information several times while working to set timer.

c) With patience, you can figure out the timer, and then change your document wording so you have digital copy of manual for your records.

Turn your manual into cash:
d) Post your english-version manual on your website, or on Imgur.com. Add a comment on fixya and tell us the web location of your manual. Then others with same question will have answer. Some will be able to get answer for free, others will pay for the answer.

e) Post your manual for sale on your website, and others can buy it and sell it on their website to other folks who are willing to pay for answer.

f) Join fixya as an expert and sell your manuals and knowledge to other folk.

g) Sell timer on your website, and advertise english/german instructions.

The Off tripper does not switch timer clock off

The pins trip a switch behind the dial, you can't see them. Don't worry they will trip the switch and turn and off. Just slide them on the edge of the time dial where you want to go on and off and tighten. If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/craig_3fa289bf857b1a3c

I don't know how to set the timer to come on a 7

See T1100 Tork timer on following link:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Tork-timers-and-manuals.html#1101

To set this timer, rotate clock dial clockwise until current time lines up with the word 'TIME' located at 5 o'clock position.
Place black and gold P47 trippers at times you want timer to turn on-and-off.
As time passes, the dial rotates. ON tripper flips a lever that turns Load ON, and then later, the OFF tripper flips same lever and turns Load OFF.

I have a tork 1103 electromechanical switch. its working but wont

T1103 can be wired many ways.
T1103 has 240V clock motor.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Tork-timers-and-manuals.html#1101

You are connecting 240Volt pool pump to timer.
Open link below and see wiring diagram: look at bottom left diagram:
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/110111021103WIRING.pdf

Electricians don't guess, they test.
Turn power off and separate wires for testing.
Tape tester leads to wood sticks to keep hands away from power.
Stand on dry boards. Wear dry clothes.
Do not touch anything metal.
Turn power ON.
Test each wire to bare ground wire.
For 240V circuit, two different wires should light up tester. Working from your description, by code, these wires should be black and red.
Each of these wires is Hot wire.
These are called Line wires, wires going to pump are called Load wires.
Hot wires connect to terminals L and 1. This will power the clock motor and dial will rotate as time passes, assuming clock motor is good.

Hots are identified.
Test one of the hot wires to remaining wire, and not to bare ground.
Tester lights up on Neutral wire. This should be white wire.
Double check that Neutral wire did not light up on bare ground.
Neutral is not connected to any 1103 terminal.

Remaining wires go to Load (pool pump).
By code, assuming Hot Lines are Red and Black, the Red & Black Load wires connect to X terminal and 2 terminal, in either order. One wire on each terminal.
White wire connects to Neutral wire and is covered with wire nut.

Not sure how to wire my Tork 1103 timer

48373d7.jpg

The L terminal would be for your "hot" incoming black wire. The X terminal would be for your load outgoing black wire. Connect both white neutral wires to the blank terminal (notice this feeds the timer motor. The other two terminals (1&2) are not necessary if it is a 110V single circuit.

I have a Tork 806A timer, but no instructions on

Tork 806A: There are 6 outlets. Bottom two outlets are always on. Top four outlets controlled by timer all four outlets turn on and off at same time.

Load: Total load on all 6 plugs cannot exceed 1500 Watts, which is typical for 15A circuits. Indoor wall plugs are 15A. Don't add more load to timer than you would put on ordinary wall plug.

Set Time: Rotate dial clockwise to set time. On face of dial, Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language:#0400; mso-fareast-language:#0400; mso-bidi-language:#0400;} push tabs down to turn on loads, pull them up to turn off loads.

Reset: Timer has reset button in top left corner.

I wired a TORK #1103 - hot (black) from the panel

If you look at your diagram, the neutral connects to the box with no number on it. This also supplies the nuetral to the timer motor. There is no need to switch the neutral conductor (white)
Connect line (incoming hot) to terminal L connect the load(black) out to the GCI on terminal X. Put both neutral white wires on the terminal with the square box.(this terminal should have the other timer motor wire already connected to it.

Tork RZ307 Automatic Lighting Timer . . .

Edited 'Trok' to 'Tork'. Then with the right maker, we can find the Tork Timer Category. Also added (what it is). It is new, it is under warranty, take it back for free replacement. If you fiddle with it, you void that warranty/ The only thing you can try is cutting the power at the breaker for 5 minutes. If that doesn't work, disconnect it for 3 days as it has a 2 day backup. See if there is a battery compartment with a dead bulging capacitor in it. Power Outage Backup: Permanent schedule retention with memory module. Supercapacitor provides 2 days of real time backup. http://www.nsiindustries.com/catalog/nsiproducts/tork/tork-digital-time-switches/in-wall-and-plug-in-timers/rz307 https://www.google.com/search?q=Tork+RZ307 ..
