Hi, I'm sorry I don't have a solution for you. I have the same monitor but I'm actually looking for the "t" plastic part that unite the hoses together and connects into the actual monitor. According to your User Guide, 'EE' stands for Cuff has been placed incorrectly. Wrap the cuff properly so that it is positioned correctly. Also, did you move during measurement? Measure again and hold arm and wrist still.

CA means CALIBRATION required and you must send it in.

If you don't have highly accurate static pressure meter and BPM simulator you are not able to fully test the accuracy of a BPM. However, the simple way to test it is use the same human body to compare the Dia. & Sys. result you got from this walgreen mahine and the traditional manual mercury type BPM.
