to play on EA servers you need to create an account with EA first. first of all. if you have an ea account then try to log off of it, then sign on again.

Well your disc is officially garbage because it's scratched beyond repair. Don't bother trying to fix your game disc. Do what I did. Go to sellitbroken.com and sell your game to them. They will give you good money for it.

Try cleaning the disc and check it for deep scraches. if it has deep scraches get a skip Dr (works like a champ) if this does not work. is the DVD drive and you should call a xbox 360 Repair shop.

this happended to me. took it to game and they put it through the scratch remover machine... works fine and for £3.99 not bad

There are three possible solutions for this problem

Either

1) Your disc is dirty or damaged and unplayable

2) the disc has a manufacturing flaw in which case it can be returned to the manufacturer and if they can verify that the disc is the problem they will replace it free of charge (check the back of the manual for return details they vary from game publisher to game publisher) (this would be the EA one so ANY EA game will have this info in the back)

3) the problem resides in your Xbox, and this is a low probability. but in the case where they get you a new game and it still doesnt work call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. They will have you run some push button diagnostic codes and it will tell them if there is a problem with your system.
