I suspect the power cord or it's connector is fasulty. That wouldbe the easyiest fix.Past that, it would need to go to an authourized Line 6 repairman.
How to remove chassis line 6 spider 111 30
Remove the retaining screws from the top and sides of the amp. The handle may need to come off as well. Remove the chassis from the cabinet from the rear by droping the rear of the chassis about 45 degrees and lifting the faceplate over the baffle board. It will be a snug fit.
My spider III amp has no sound.. lights on but no sound
No, probably NOT a fuse issue here (still lights up, etc.). Are you using the foot-pedal accessory? If so, then unplug it and go direct into amp. Try some headphone via the output jack (sound?) Yes -> GOOD. NO? -> Not so good. May require servicing. Also, check the guitar cord you're using. While unlikely, somehow it might have gotten damaged. Good luck!
"Insane button has stopped working"
those micro switches tend to go out after awhile. what i have done is (if you have experience with circuit board handling and are proficient at soldering.) de-solder the bad switch and take it down to radio shack and have them size it up. and just replace it. i have had to do this with several of my line 6 products
Amp wont turn on, but i hear a pop when turning off
first off nothing should pop when turned off next it could be a grounding problem external or internal or worse an audio output problem take a volt meeter and turn key to on check the ground and positive on the amp should read 12 to 14 volts do same with ground and remote wire if these both read correct remove the back set your meeter to the diode setting the audio outputs are usually the larger ones but sometimes not take your leads and touch out side legs then to the outside to center try each one every way you can switching leads if at any time the buzzer stays on or goes to flat 0 then that output is bad if all check good i would go through the car making better connections and cleaning up any wires that might seem to be faulty maybe even replace your RCA cables
im running 18 speakers and 8 amplifiers in my car and i have done this several times :( but i don't pop unless something is wrong hope this helps

Test the amp by touching the tip of the cord you unplug from the guitar and preferably try it with a second cable as well. If at high gain you don't get a loud hum, best to take unit for service. If it hums, then check battery in your guitar. The battery in the guitar is enabled when a cable is plugged in and MANY forget to unplug the cable from the guitar and have a dead battery within a day and blame the amp. This applies to most guitars that have preamps in them... there are some that are "passive" that do not have a battery.

Typically all the knobs have to come off... the nuts on all the jacks have to go... Sometimes there are small screws through the front that have to be removed... some of these are found around XLR type connectors.

if it does go to your local electrical store and buy a new knob.
then all you have to do is screwthe knob back on to the amp.
