Why won't it run?
Make sure that your treadmill is on a dedicated circuit, try switching the outlet that its in in to make sure that isn't the problem. It doesn't hurt to have the basics knocked out, also check that the main power cable isn't loose.
Next step if those simple steps don't work is to remove the main shroud, be careful and try not to touch any components with power coming to the machine.
Once the main shroud is removed, and power is off. Make sure all connections on the main board (circuit board) are secured properly into the board. Also checking for any visually damaged or loose parts, and or any burnt marks.
Check the fuses on your board for continuity, if faulty then replace.
If you find that your board is in working condition and everything checks out fine. Nothing looks to be damaged, you'll want to verify that your console is getting power to it by checking for voltage with a Multi Meter if available.
If not available and you have another console available, you can swap out the console to check if that fixes the problem.
