Hi. I'm going to take a stab at this. You say it corrected itself after the battery was out of the remote. Now it is doing it again. I think you can rule out the console and go right to the remote. I would go down, get an exact copy of the remote. The reason I say this is because of the change in beeps, from 2 to 4. The signal is corrupt, the reason for the different beeps. There's a little circuit board in the remote, that can go bad just because of the abuse it gets. I hope this will help. If not, let me know and I'll check the dealer.

Hello Anthony, This remote will not work with your system. It is only compatible with the Viper 591XV, Viper 690XV, Viper 790XV, and Viper 791XV.

The waves mean that the remote is vibrate mode. Try reprogramming the remote. Open the door, turn ignition on, press and release the valet button once then, press and hold the valet button. press the lock button on the remote. Vehicle should respond with a chirp from the siren. Release valet button, turn off ignition, test system.

Even if the Viper system controlled the windows roll up or down functions, it should not affect normal operation by the switches. That depends on how well it was installed also. You should visit an authorized Viper retailer and have them take a look. It may be totally unrelated.

you have to go in to the proramming mode of the remote to change this feature. you can access this by holding all 4 buttons on the remote at the same time. (or if you have the P button on the back you can hold it down by itself) you will hear 2 long beeps confirming the programming mode. at this time, you can change the settings by pressing 1 of the 4 buttons., each button will change a different function.
