your best bet would be to try Ebay or something like that. These units were discontinued late 1999/early 2000 and no parts are available for it.

my best suggestion in this case is to invest what you would spend on the powerhead into a newer cannister. Some of the newer units have better filtration and suction than the lightning cannister does.

You need to turn over and remove the case to get to the motor.When you get to the motor you will see a white wire going to the motor from the switch,it has a white cover over the wire,pull this cover back and there is a small fuse that is probably blown.You can check this with a electrical tester.If this is not blown the heat sink that is connected to the fuse may be bad.These parts can be found at Radio Shack.

go to guarantee vacuum and sewing center tell them the exact model number of the unit and the serial number and the brand tell them what parts you need need and they will be able to get them for you
