there is probably hair stuck between the cutters remove the cutters from the clipper and you can push the top blade out from under the spring retainer making sure you keep the small plastic runner strip clean the surfaces and using a flat bladed screw drive insert the blade under the spring and twist slightly to allow the top blade to slide back in while it feels sharp , it is the sides of the cutter fingers that cut the hair ( like miniature guillotines) and those edges are easily worn off

i don't have the exact same product as you but i do have an electric hair trimmer. instructions for mine: use mineral oil : spread a thin coat over the blades, turn it "on" for a few seconds, then reapply a second thin coat. wipe off any excess, what oil that is left behind is a very thin coating: perfect! do this every fourth time you use it.
