How to put down the hood on the pram/ carry cot?
Hi,
Run your hands from the carrycot carry handle downwards (do this either side of the hood) until your hands are at the bottom. You will find a small (silver I think) button either side, push the buttons down toward the floor whilst someone else gently pushes the hood backwards. Once you have done this a few times, you will soon figure out that you can push one button, and then the other, leaving the other hand free to lower the hood.
I hope this helps.
I need to replace the pushchair handle sponge ??
The handlebar foam is not available as an individual spare part item. To replace this means to replace the handlebar.
Replacement of the handlebar is a Level 3 repair, which means that due to the safety implications of it being incorrectly fitted we're unable to send it out as a spare part item.

Quinny buzz seat stuck
Hi Mirjana
Please could you advise which country you're in so we can provide best assistance.
Quinnybuzz carrycot adapters stuck
Hi GillianWhen the Dreami is removed from the chassis, if the adaptors come off with it then this will make it difficult to remove them from the Dreami. When removing the adaptors should remain in the chassis. It might be helpful to have someone help you if they seem to be a bit sticky. The Dreami can then be removed from the chassis leaving the adaptors in the chassis - the adaptors can then be removed from the chassis separately. Clean with a bit of furniture polish and a soft cloth to aid future use.

HiYes the 2013 style sub seat can be fitted to a 2005 chassis. Where the sub seat connects into the chassis there will be a plastic clip on either side of the 2013 sub seat that will need to be removed in order for the sub seat to then fit into a 2005 chassis.
Quinny Buzz making clicking noise when pushed
Hi Angie
The most common reason for this is a build up of dirt or debris on the chassis which would cause friction and which can lead to noise. We would recommend that you remove the seat unit and the wheels from the chassis and give it a thorough clean with some furniture polish and a soft cloth. Get someone to help you and ensure the entire central tube is cleaned (where the mechanism slides up and down for fold / unfold) - Mind your fingers! Clean the axel of each wheel (where it fits into the chassis) and on the plastic knuckle section where the seat unit fits into the chassis. This should stop the noises.
If you find it does not resolve the issue, please contact the customer care team for further assistance -
