panasonic r410a is blinking. I pressed the check button with a pin for 5 seconds then scroll down until it beeps. Then it says number F15 on the screen. After that what should I do?

use the remote to retrieve error code,on the bottom of the remote you will see a CHECK bottom,use a pointed pin to press it for 5 seconds the display of the remote will change to two underscore, then scroll the arrow beside the time,r press until you hear beep sound, then jot down the error code..there's a error code you will see inside the panel of the indoor unit,for quitting press again for 5 seconds the Check bottom

A line tapping (saddle valve) needs to be installed on the refrigerant suction line. Recommend only a certified technician perform this repair.

This is a sign of a bad board. They are cheap and easy to replace. They will need to be replaced or you will continue to have this problem for as long as you own the unit
