check the voltage at the spark plug.also check the reading of the coil from which the spark plug gets power.the reading should be exact 12 volt,.if its less or high then its fault in the coil pack.that has to be checked and replaced.get this reading checked by the local repair garage . try loosening all brackets then starting with upper most bracket or bolt retighten working your way down a few turns at a time each till they are all equally tight dont over tighten

Start by checking you're stator output, Put a meter on it in VAC ( Volts AC ) on the 2 wires coming out of the case ( on the left side of the bike ) run the bike General rule of thumb is 25 VAC for every 3000 rpm. ex: 25 @ 3000, 50 @ 4000, 75 @ 3000.
