Not sure if this would help, but won't hurt to try.. 1. Connect to the Web UI a. Connect the Phone and a PC to the network b. Check the IP address of the phone using a handset. [Menu]->[IP Service]->[Network Setting]->[IP Settings] c. Enable the phone's Web UI using a handset [Menu]->[IP Service]->[Network Setti ng]->[Embedded Web]->[On]->[Save] d. Enter the IP address in a PC's Web Browser. example: Enter "http://192.168.1.68" in the address bar of Internet Explorer e. Enter Authentication ID and password ID:customerserviceid Password:cspass f. Now you can upload new Firmware into the phone using Web browser. Note: The phone's http server port will automatically close after idle time of 30 minutes. 2. Factory Reset a. Move to Maintenance - Re set to Defaults screen. b. Lost manual for Panasonic pjhone system

Here is a link to the support page with all the documentation and manuals available for your phone:

http://www.voicesonic.com/customer/Panasonic-94-KX-T76xx-Manuals.html

And here is a direct link to the User's Manual for your model of Panasonic phone:

http://www.voicesonic.com/panasonic/manuals/KX-T76xx_User_Guides/KX-T7630_User_Guide.pdf

To view the Support Page or the Owner's Manual with Operating Instructions just use your mouse to click on the link, which is the underlined and highlighted text just above. This will open a new web browser page automatically for you and allow you to view the information at the website indicated and the contents of the Owner's Manual.

You may need ADOBE READER installed on your computer to read PDF documents.
You can download this free at WWW.ADOBE.COM if necessary.
Click on the DOWNLOAD ADOBE READER button on right side of the ADOBE home page when you get there, then follow the onscreen instructions to install the software on your computer.

I hope that was helpful to you, good luck and take care.

How can I view and

Viewing is easy, printing not so much. The system has a DB-9 serial port on the cabinet. That serial port can be used to capture SMDR (Station Message Detail Recording) to a software program that can sort and print the call logs. Outside of that, you can turn on call logging (an option 6 or 7 or 96 and 97 IIRC from the PROGRAM press a button and dial the code) that will visually display personal or system calls.

It would be in your Operating manual. We use a program from the U.K. that captures the serial port and makes it available on the network, called Serial Logger Service It's a 30-day free trial, then $75 to register it..

HOW TO LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE ON A PANOSONIC

Your VM has an extension, usually 165 or 500. You forward your phone to Voice Mail by dialing *710x 500 # where x is 2 for all calls, 3 for busy, 4 for no answer or 5 for NA/Busy. I use 4.
The FWD/DND light will blink and the display will say Call FWD (condition) 500.

Now, all calls, both from the inside and outside will forward to the voice mail system.

Panasonic KX-TG4311CB PASSWORD? How or were do i get a password

Press the MENU button. Scroll down to V.M. Access. Press SELECT. You should be asked to put in a 3-digit number that is easy for you to remember. After you put in that number, press SAVE. Now, when you are not at home and want to hear your messages, let phone ring until the answering machine kicks on. As soon as your message starts playing, quickly put in the 3-digit number you selected. Your message will cut off and you will hear something like "You have 4 messages" or whatever number you have. Then it will say "press___ to play back all messages". That should do it. Just don't forget the 3-digit code you selected. I wrote mine down until I remembered it!!! :) '
