ok is kaspery the only antivirus you have on you pc ok i no i no the reaon it cased and error is because i the software may be corrupt and did you get it from its web site or another see the error code came from the bios ok maybe the computer has a problem whith the antivirus ok is this the first antivirus software you have ever used so you need to remove it and if you want to use it agan make sure you down load it from the kaspery web site what wer you doing when this happened cant give more imformation unless i no what you were dong or what caused this see i never use kaspery i use antivira antivirus no it is possible that kaspery is betat software and beta software dcause problems all i can say is try another antivirus software and see if you get this error again then if you do i no the culprit

first of all make sure that your account in the computer is the one that has administrative rights on it
try checking the minimum requirements and the platform as specified on the kaspersky software.

to install the security program , you first have to go to control panel> programs and features > highlight the Kaspersky line/ s and uninstall the reason is in the installation guide where it says to uninstall all versions of Kaspersky first before the new version will install

if the PC/laptop is part of a corporate roup then you'll have to take the assistence of the systems guys

but

if the PC/Laptop is self owned then please add the user account tht u r using to the administrators group and that should solve your problem

right click on my computer
select manage
expand local users and groups
select groups
on the right panel select right click on administrators
select add
in the box type ur user account and click on check names
once it is confirmed select ok and close the windows

now try installation again
