check the caps on power supply

Check all your input cables. If RF coax, make sure they are just beyond hand tight. If RCA, twist each a few times to burnish (clean) connections. This is especially true if you are doing Component video (Red, Green & Blue).

Sorry,if the screen panel is broken or damage is not worth fixing.Because replaced the screen panel will cost the same as a new tv.No,where u can buy the screen panel,but the tv corporations themselves and it 90% of the tv.It limmited produced,that why damage or broken on any LCD or Plama tv screen panels are not worth repairing.Now ur tv only can be salvages for electronic's board parts that it.

This is the Power Board for it. check those 6 electrolytic Capacitors on the right for bulging or splitting. Don't buy it blindly, it's a guess. It can't be done. The DVD remote will be single frequency for that device only and the LG remote for that LG Blu Ray (or series) only. Companies don't make cross-control between makers easy. The only exception is cable and satellite boxes to allow their remote to also control the television.
